BeFrugal is just a cash back portal that connects you to the cash back that is coming directly from the Merchants. We work solely with them on cash back. Meaning, that is comes from them and not us. Once the Merchant acknowledges the pending cash back, it will show as "Verified" on your account.
Merchants give us an estimated time frame of Up to 120 days, for cash back to go from "Verified'' to "Payable ". Due to that being an estimate, they can always change. Some can approve quickly and others can take a little longer to approve. Once they do, your account automatically updates. We would be notified of the Payable and you would be notified, by us, regarding your Payable Status.
