I like that they give cash back and it is mostly painless, but I have had multiple attempts where I go through their click thru process, yet do not receive credit for my purchase. Then when I submit a request for help, they tell me they don't see the clicks, so they can't do anything. It would be nice if there were some consistency.
I use cashback sites extensively and have always been very satisfied with BeFrugal. While some of my orders don't properly track, filing tickets are easy and as long as I provide the correct info I do eventually get the cashback. The chat feature is very nice to get very quick answers about my issues or concerns.
I don't get statements on how much I have earned nor can I figure out if there is a way to automatically get the cash back. Not to mention I cannot believe that they send a paper check! I am happy with the amount of money I am earning but tracking and getting the money should be easier.
Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback. In the "My Account" section on BeFrugal when you are logged in, you should be able to see both your pending and confirmed cash back. You can also see a record of your click activity.

What they show on their website is complete lie and totally irresponsible in dealing with customers. They just cheat you by showing higher rates of cash back than other sites but once you shop, then you can expect NO CASH BACK in return even your order is qualified under eligible cash back category on their website which is just fraud.
"Retailer does not allow disputes. If an order does not qualify automatically, we are unable to further assist.", is what their response would be. SO better I recommend to go for Ebates than these cheaters.

I have started using BeFrugal with the DirectTV Now deal. As promised the cashback showed up exactly on the set date. I am happy with this site.
I use other websites to purchase items as well but I always check around first and BeFrugal tends to give me a higher percentage and who doesn't want more money?! Love this site!
We ordered a new tv online from bestbuy. We decided to use BeFrugal because it had a higher percentage rate. We used the APP to order the product to make sure it would work because it was a big purchase. Weeks later and there was nothing in the account, so we filed a ticket. We were told we don't have anything in our click history we so we are SOL. We even have screenshots showing that we ordered it through the app. Horrible customer service. Next time I will use ebates, we have never had an issue with them.

We always attempt to track down an order to the best of our ability when cash back is not reported. As a first time user of befrugal.com (I've been using other cashback websites before, of course), I read FAQ thoroughly and followed all the steps carefully cause I knew for 8%, I was going to get almost $50 back.
One week later, no record showed up on my account, filed an investigation ticket with my order info, getting a response with `No`, asking for reasons, I was told `because the merchant said no`?
Excuse me? Is that called an answer? A simple `No`? It's a word, not a reason. At least you need to feed me something convincing me the decision. And they are not willing to do a further investigation because there is only one chance of investigation for every case. What a policy!
I am sorry, but if that's the way you are treating your new customer, the business is hopeless.
Now I see why they are called `befrugal`, because they are frugal on the effort to investigate and also frugal as they are not willing to pay the cashback one customer deserved.

Cash back requests are occasionally denied by the retailer, and we will submit an inquiry to find out why. If they tell us that the transaction was not eligible, then we are unable to issue cash back. Often beats ebates and mr rebates! I chose to get all my cash back through amazon. It is so convenient.
If you follow the directions and all the fine print, it does work. You have to be sure you are using the links provided on the BeFrugal website. I got $42 back and a free Apple Tv using the Direct TV promotion. I'd don't shop much online, but I'll definitely check be frugal before I do!
I subscribed to direct Tv now, followed all the directions and the link from befrugal.com. They decided to do an investigation, and concluded that I cannot receive the cashback, even though I clicked through their website then signed on to directtv for a 3 month term. Its in your best interest to stay away from this site, they wont honor many cashback deals they offer.

Some sites terms are not clearly listed, and my cashback gets stuck. Other than that great cashback website. Make sure adblocker is totally off, and read the terms listed on befrugal for each site. Still, my cashback is stuck in few places, but most process. I don't like that it takes too long to validate and all that before I can see it reedamable
