I just started using BeFrugal, kept forgetting about it because my Ebates button always pops up instead. I've gotten well over $250 total from Ebates so I was leery about BeFrugal. But when I booked a hotel a few months ago, BeFrugal was much higher than Ebates for cash back. I just checked my account & was shocked to find almost $60 in there--I had only used it a few times & the hotel rebate was most of it. I am SOLD! Didn't know how or when my check would come but after logging on, it was simple, just choose your method. So I'll try to remember to check this site whenever I buy something.

Unlike Ebates, it takes way too long for cash back to be available for withdrawal. A purchase may be confirmed quickly but take 2 months or more for it to be available to withdraw. I only use it if there is a significant difference in cash back between the two sites.

I ordered directv now, which they offer $35 as a rebate. I followed all steps and now they tell me they need an 8 digit order number. I sent them the order number sent by directv and was told its unacceptable. I sent the qhole qelcome aboard email and still giving me a hard time.

This company blatantly misleads you with offers like "Receive $25 CB for 1 month subscription to DirectTV." What they don't tell you is that it will take 3 months before they confirm your $25 CB and that you cannot cancel that subscription until then. So that 1 month offer is BS, it is a 3 month subscription. Their customer service is completely aware of this and do not care that they are misleading. Stay away from this CB site, there are many others that are better.

For all stores, you should expect cash back to remain pending for between 30 to 90 days based on the payment cycle of the retailer with BeFrugal. Once the retailer issues a commission, the cash back credit in your account can be updated from Pending to Confirmed.
Modifying any purchase prior to receiving payment from the retailer may void earnings. To avoid this, please do not cancel a purchase if your intent is to receive cash back. Cancelling will void cash back eligibility for most transactions.

I started out with a different shopping "cash back" site and then I learned about BeFrugal. BeFrugal has delivered higher cash back percentages on my purchases time and time again. And when no one else even knows the name of a retailer I may want to purchase from, that's when BeFrugal shines! It's not just about the Fortune 500 companies - smaller companies sell unique items and usually better quality than the big guys. And sometimes that's where I prefer to shop. I've spent over 1000$ on different web pages included in Befrugal list.
Only 5$ received after a year passed by.
Their promised 3 months wait time for cashback is a clear scam. Most people give up on waiting or simply forget about befrugal in a month. It in such a big amount of time, that befrugal is not goanna send you money at all. You wouldn't receive anything from them until you demand your order reviewed after 3 months. Imagine how many email you receive in 3 months, your order confirmation is gonna be lost in a huge archive and little chance to be found again.
Use ebates.com instead. Two weeks at most and 75% success rate for my orders.

I enjoy the rebate program overall, but the mobile app is not something I will continue to use. I lost a rebate for a product I purchased through the mobile app, but because I apparently wasn't signed in online, I didn't get the rebate.
