Walter went above and beyond to help me place my order and schedule delivery, give me best pricing etc. He was super friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. This was my first experience with this company and he made it very enjoyable. I am looking forward to getting my dining room set. He even is making sure the table and 2 end chairs in stock come as quick as they can. The other 6 side chairs are back in stock early November but im hopeful that those come sooner before thanksgiving.

I particularly appreciated that she confirmed the realistic delivery date for our set. The other site I was considering for this purchase was not transparent about how delayed the delivery would be. This site has a huge selection of furniture including pieces that I could not find anywhere else. They had been discontinued at all other retailers and sites. I was able to get all the pieces I want. The prices on furniture and delivery is great.

Just got done ordering a dining set for our new home. Can't say enough about how helpful, informative and patient Vicki was with me. Needed to communicate with spouse, decorator and others to ensure was right look and fit and Vicki was very understanding. I placed an order today for a Bernhardt dining table, and so far the service has been good. Very competitive prices. They said delivery should take around 4-5 weeks, so now I am just waiting for the arrival. The agent that assisted me was very helpful and nice!

Two weeks ago, I attempted to order a bedroom set from a popular online site. The experience with that company was nothing less than terrible. I ordered my item with the customer service representative and he placed the wrong order. At my demise, when checking on my items. I found that the items were discontinued. It was very disheartening because of the recent tragedies that happened in my life. But Walter... he was very understanding. He help me with all my questions, and make sure that my order was available for me. It was if, Walter was my friend that made sure I got everthing that I need. I will definitely contact him as well as my friends and family for anything I need from you company.
