Chatted with Pam via the live chat function on the site. She was able to address my concerns right away. My only complaint was the speed of the responses were painfully slow at the start due to some connectivity issues on their end as well as too many chats open. Entire chat could have taken a quarter of the time. All in all, I will use this site again, they were great. Pam was very nice.
