My order came in and the quality and the looks of the furniture were amazing and I am so happy with the pieces. I did make an error in ordering and Michael has helped me reorder what I wanted. His communication and keeping me updated has been wonderful and very customer focused. Thank you.

We knew the brand we wanted and when we found this site that actually offered additional pieces to mix and match and not just one layout we knew we hit the jackpot. The online chat was fantastic by clarifying the options. But then the manager from the actual store called to verify we were getting exactly what we wanted. It is exactly what we wanted. COVID for sure delayed shipping but for what we received we are so happy. Nothing to do with bedrooms but they have several affiliated stores.

Trying to purchase furniture during Covid has been very difficult. Most companies will let you order but there's no one to follow-up and keep you informed. Gary was definitely the exception. He stayed in contact with me throughout and even though it took longer than I expected, he was always there to answer and email and follow-up on status. When the product was delivered without the Light kit connection, he called the manufacturer to get that ordered and delivered for me. I would definitely buy again. Thanks Gary!

Process of ordering was wonderful, The follow through with Michael and ongoing communication was superb.my delivery men Yerry and Jose were helpful, checked every piece and made sure i understood removing the table leaf correctly. From the initial order to the delivery Michael was in constant contact, communication with me on what was happening at every stage of my custom order, I felt very confident I would receive an excellent product and I did. The order was fulfilled and delivered ahead of the projected schedule.

I've wrestled with the decision to buy office furniture for months. I ordered my desk from this company and it was delivered right to my office unpacked & set up. I thought Discount Bandit would save me money but was not willing to haul and unpack furniture from my garage to upstairs.
