Today I ordered seven pieces of an American Drew bedroom set. Walter helped me on the phone. I was worried about ordering online and since I had called regarding a question he offered to help me place my order. He was efficient, helpful and courteous. I had an excellent experience! I purchased a bedroom furniture set weeks ago knowing that delivery would probably take a month. They took the money for the furniture out of my account right away... and have now emailed me that I cannot receive my furniture because their NEW shipping partner requires a loading dock in my area. After speaking with the operations manager, there is nothing they will do to remedy this situation so I was forced to cancel my order. If you are relying on getting your furniture ever, I would suggest choosing a company that stands by their delivery promise and does not hold your money for weeks just to force you to cancel your order.

My wife and I went to 5 stores and 2 online locations. It was Labor Day Weekend and we needed the furniture after moving into a new home. Most places didn't have answers to our questions and some were quoting 5+ months delivery. Vicki took took the time to answer everything over a 2-day period. She knew all the answers and helped me feel confident that this process would go well. She was amazing and single reason we bought from here, rather than any of the other places. Seriously - she's awesome, the service was awesome, and the price was untouchable.

This is my first time going to bedroom furniture discounts. I purchased a bedroom set Today online with a sales rep named Rebekah. She was fast and very helpful and the process was easy and I was even offered a military discount. The quality of the furniture is all natural pine and has many added features including storage. The prices are exceptional. I look forward to receiving my bedroom set and once I receive it I will leave another review.
