Experience was fine, the online rep I chatted with was very helpful. I didn't realize the wheels did not come with lug nuts until I chatted with him. Only four stars because I feel the product description should have included that info.

I have a truck and will be pulling a light 5th wheel camper and the manufacturing process and load rating has changed so much over years it seemd to blur the lines if I needed 10 ply or just a tire rated for the load I would be hauling, the information provided at BB wheels was sound and reasuring, They had a tire they recommended at a great price point, and I received them fast.

Shopped around all over the internet bought these tires last year from a different supplier try to buy them again in their $500 more found them on b&b for the same price I originally paid

Ordering tires from BB Wheels was a huge mistake. The slowest most unorganized tire shipment ever. This place may be a scam. Tires never showed up. Customer service is horrible. They have a could care less attitude on my order. They were quick to try to fraudulently sell road hazard on commercial truck tires. I was told just to lie and say the tires were for personal use on a commercial truck. I can not reccomend this place to anyone. See the 89 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not believe their responses to negative reviews saying to reach out to them as they want to help. I have reached out to customer service many times and have wasted my time. No one will help. SANDRA should seek employment elsewhere. Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of this level of service. They use T-force to drop ship tires. BB wheels and T-force are a combined pile of *. I guess atleast * exists. My ordered tires do not seem to exist
