I ordered Michelin tires to replace 2 existing worn tires. Same model tires arrived, and I'm no expert but the tires created road noise equal to off-road truck tire noise. My honda accord is a sports car and the tires I had ordered from Sam's Club(same model exactly) made no noise at all. I read that since they are mounted they can not be returned. It may also be a clue that the tires appear to just be thrown onto my doorstep, but with no apparent defects and 2 wheel alignments and balances, I'm suspecting that these tires are seconds and not the preferred tires you buy in person. I will follow up if any retribution is ordered, but I can say don't buy tires here to save 20 dollars if this is the experience you may have.
Horrible customer service. Nick hangs up in your face. I called on several times and as soon as he hears my voice he hangs up the phone. He needs to find something else to do if he cant answer the phone correctly.
Ordered parts to put my 4x4 back together. Paid in full, they used a crap trucking company XPO they lost the parts, now all I can get is," wait" give us how ever long it takes the trucking company needs to find it. Today makes a week called them and was told the trucking company wants more time to look. They made it my issue. Which it shouldn't be, I did my part, paid in full, they picked the carrier, I gues they would rather loose a customer than piss off the carrier. Shop local don't trust them.
Suck! Is the word that comes to mind for their customer service. I ordered parts in mid August and a week later nothing had been shipped, so I called but left on hold and left voice messages and then emailed an inquiry. They replied with checking with warehouse and then a message from them that one item is back ordered at manufacturer, I said please ship other items in the meantime, so they did and I requested cancelation of the back ordered item. I received the other items, but no cancelation of back ordered item. Ithen requested another cancelation of the back ordered item. Suddenly a week later the back ordered item shipped and I let them know and that its seems to be to late to cancel now that it had shipped, no reply... I then requested to return the item after it was delivered, but crickets... So I called Monday and hung on hold for a half hour, then talked to customer service about this ordeal and would like to return item, they sent me to another agent that was corresponding with me and they said they seen my email that morning and said they'd accept the return, so they sent me back to customer service. I was then told they'd email me an RA. Wednesday, I still hadn't received a email with the RA, so I called. I was on hold for half an hour, then answered. Customer Service claimed no record of me calling on Monday... and they'd send me an RA, but I'd be responsible for paying the return shipping and there'll be a 20% restock fee. I said that was crap, and they should stand up and be responsible for this as they didn't cancel the back ordered item as requested and let it ship. So, its Friday and here we sit with an item that's unusable, as when receiving it I found out it was the wrong model# too. Plus in the meantime while requesting the cancelation of the back ordered item I found the item at another distributor and was available to ship immediately.
I ordered a part for my truck through bbwheels that they had listed that it would fit my vehicle item got here was no where near fitting called them waited on the phone for about an hr and a half getting pushed around from person to person then when i explained the issue they said they'd have to contact the maker of the item and that took them about a week to get back to me which i couldn't wait so i went and found a local place and got the correct parts, but after a week they contacted me saying that the company could send me the correct items but i already got other parts and i told them i just wanted to return the items which they told me i need to pay a 20percent restocking fee and pay return shipping if i have to do that my 100 dollard item I would only be getting maybe 40 50 bucks back when they're at fault for listing the parts for my truck when they weren't I've been inconvenienced by them and now i just want to get my money back and they were replying to my emails now their ignoring every message I sent its sad that a american company would treat you like this yet if i would have ordered these parts from china they would have given me my money back and said sorry yet small family owned american business bbwheels doesn't care and would rather screw people over that are trying to buy american
I ordered a set of rims I got 2 wheels in about 3 weeks other 2 have not got here yet( 5week later)and now the just stop commenting with me after telling me they reorder them 10 days ago. I know FedEx is part the problem but they are doing nothing to get me the rest of my order.
I would never order from them again.
I ordered a set of wheels for a truck. I entered the truck's info on their website and they said that would fit. They did not (hub bore to small). I returned the wheels but they will not refund my money and they will not contact me. It has been over a month since I returned the wheels. I have made attempts to contact. They have the wheels and the money and will not respond to emails. They claim to be a family owned buisness. What they actually are is a group of scam artists and theives. I am suer that they will post the " I am sorry that you had trouble, please contact us so that we mmay resolve this" response to this. Trust me folks, I have contacted them looking for a resolution with zero results. Buy your wheels elsewhere.
One of the worst transactions I could of made horrible communication I didn't get a refund for a couple days shy of a month to return the rim would cost about 90$ they take another 60$. I'd email them for any updates wouldn't hear anything for about a week for them to say let them check with the warehouse to never get a reply. I tried calling then number never answered. Asked about getting a the correct rim resent to me with no reply. I'd go through my local tire store or anywhere else before going this route again.
BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. They refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.
Friendly people and were honest enough to call me when I ordered wrong. Have never had that kind of good service before!
The best deals I could find online and some really nice down to earth people. Pleasantly surprised and will be buying again and telling my kids to as well.
I BOUGHT 4 TIRES AND THEY ONLY SHIPPED 3 AND WILL NOT SEND ANOTHER TIRE TO MAKE IT RIGHT SAID I AM OUT THE MONEY BECUASE THE MESSED UP
While working with the sales team at BBWHEELS I was shocked at the the service and knowledge their team had regarding my 2018 Ram 2500. They were able to recommend the General Grabber A/TX knowing that I needed a semi aggressive tire that would not come with excessive road noise. I believe we hit a HOMERUN and I couldn't be happier with the service, price and timeline of the delivery.
I searched on their website using my vehicle info. It gave a list of wheels that would work. Found ones I liked and called them. They put me through to a "fitment expert". I told him I was putting lift kit on vehicle and wanted to know if these wheels would work. He asked how big the lift kit was and I told him. He said they'd work fine. I asked him what size wheels and he told me 285/55/20. About ten minutes later he called back and asked how big that lift kit was. I told him again and he said get 295/55/20. All of it went to the shop and it was way way off. The wheels he said would work had a -18 offset. It ended up needing a +18. The tires that actually fit were 270/55/20. So I have $3000 in wheels and tires that were of no use. Called them and they wouldn't let me talk to so called fitment expert. Claimed he was on another line for our whole 45 minutes. Some guy named Jack basically said tough. Said fitment expert only means bolt pattern is correct. I said if that's true why'd he ask how big my lift kit was before saying if it would work. Then tried to say no proof I'd ever spoken to fitment expert. I asked if the expert (not) was denying speaking to me. Jack wouldn't answer. Stay far far away from this place! He
Do not order from these people are are lier they are refusing to send me another rim and said it was my son fault when my son wasn't able to drive his truck bc the rim was no good so whatever you do don't order these people need to be out of business

I have ordered from many online companies and working with the good people at BB Wheels has been the best. I wasn't sure about my order and some fit questions so I called and spoke with Troy and he was wonderful. He answered my questions and helped me find a perfect fit. Will buy again and will refer friends and family. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped. Great work!
Answer: They are the REAL DEAL! Actually bought a set of tires for my Hummer from BB to replace Goodyear Duratracs 10plys that failed in the first month. The replacement tires that I bought were made in America (Federal 10plys) and they hv survived punishment that the Duratracs at 250.00 each couldn't handle. I still have the tires on today and they preform incredibly. Its been 2.5 years.
