This was, by far, the best online purchase that I've ever experienced. Their purchase support was incredible, helping me find just the right rims for my truck. Their product support team is exceptional. I had no trouble contacting them at all. My salesman, Brandon, was available and active in solving a technical issue. When Brandon was not available I was allowed to talk straight to the manager. I cannot describe how pleased I am with this purchase and experience with B&B Wheels. I recommend them without reservation.

I stumbled across this site because I was looking for a specific replacement wheel and tire for my daughter's car. They had both, and from what I can tell were reasonably priced. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and received the tire on Tuesday and the wheel on Wednesday. If their service is always like this then I will be telling all my friends to check this place out! I will be making some additional purchases in the near future for my own car as well. Thank you

I ordered a set of wheels and lugnuts form this company. The lugnuts were not the same as shown in the picture, they require a special socket to use them and would look out of place on a classic car. I have been trying for 6 weeks to contact someone about returning them and I never get any response. They are really quick to get back in touch with you when you have cash in your hand but ignore you when it comes time for a return. The wheels I purchased are okay but the finish is poor and scratches easily. You get what you pay for. A cheap chinese product.

I wish I could give negative stars... I just spent thousands of $$$$'s on a new set of Fury M/T's. I got them installed and two out of the four are out of round and they are bouncing my 1 ton diesel truck all over the place. BB Wheels asked me to have my installer take them back off to verify the tires are the issue and he was able to confirm that the tire's are confirmed wayyyy out of round and are 100% the issue. Fury and BB Wheels are only willing to replace one of the two messed up tires because the second tire is not bad enough for replacement? BB Wheels says its within spec and it's Fury's policy and warranty process... Now these tires are $550+ and are brand new tires with no miles on them and they are a liability... They are now asking me to have the tire taken back off yet again and drill the DOT stamp on the side wall and send them a photo of it drilled out. Now I won't have transportation and I am out even more $$ after paying the installer and I won't have transportation to get to work to pay for this mess not only all of that I still dont have the final approval to warranty the one out of the two tires to be replaced until I put a hole in the DOT stamp. I cant believe I am having to pay my installer for all of this additional work and along with that I will have no transportation and they are now telling me I will be responsible for the shipping cost on the replacement tire once it is approved. I cant believed that with how much these tires cost this is the quality and treatment you get? I want everyone to see this wonderful customer service and warranty process and I will be writing reviews until my fingers are bleeding anywhere and everywhere I can to warn as many people as I possibly can.

Be very careful buying from these crooks. I bought a set of wheels from them. Received the wrong ones then they tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee if I returned them. Had I sent back it would have cost me about $250 between restocking fee and shipping for a $500 set of wheels. So I will keep and resale myself. Do you research they are about 20% higher than everyone else. I only went with them because I could get wheels a little quicker.
