Was told the wheels would fit and they don't. Then customer service argued via email saying they fit

Ordered tires and rims. They sent the right rims. Tires were supposed to be 3 nitto grappler mud tires for a trailer. They sent only 2 and they were for a side by side. Didn't notice it said SxS instead of M/T on the tire before mounting. Same size same tire just not for a truck. Tires never touched the ground. They refused to take them back and correct their mistake. Rude and ignorant on the phone. Customer service is a Z on the scale of A-F. Never do business with them reguardless of price. Like I said only for 2 of the 3 tires and those two can't be used. Won't support the weight of a truck, only a side by side. Isles paper weight in stuck with. F. K! BB Wheels

Not just knowledge but he has patients too.
He follows up with you to make sure you got what you need and he is easy to get a hold of, by phone or by email.

Product is great, but it has nothing to do with BB as they are just a reseller. What they have fully under their control is Customer Service and that is where they lack tremendously. Zero customer focus with typical attitude "you will wait till we are good and ready". I had over $3K in orders for wheels and tires. Some of the items were not delivered/lost and order was not delivered as communicated. All I got from them for weeks was "warehouse is investigating". At the end i had weeks in delay and extra costs. It would be cheaper and faster for me to buy locally. Will not buy again from this vendor.
I do have to say that wheels and tires were as I was hoping they would be. So 5 stars for Vision wheels and Toyo Tires, Zero stars for BB Wheels experience.

I ordered wheels for my 2017 ford mustang GT. I selected and purchased a wheel from the list of options for my specific vehicle. However, once I went to the tire shop to have them mounted to my vehicle, they did not fit. Even with a 1/4" spacer, they wouldn't clear my stock calipers. I contacted customer service and they said that they would have a "fitment specialist" return my call. No one did. I called back and got a nice young man named Nolan. Even after a few phone calls and and conversations between the rim shop, myself, and Nolan, I never actually spoke with a specialist or manager. Nolan was relaying messages from the specialist and two managers. They all kept pushing for me to put 1/2" spacers on my front wheels with extended lug nuts. This would cause extensive damage to my vehicle in the long run and cause aggressive vibration going over 50 mph. I mentioned that on a few occasions throughout our conversations and they agreed. However, that did not make then stop pushing to mail them to the rim shop. I did not like that my safety and well being of my vehicle was of zero concern. The offset in the wheel wouldn't fit my vehicle regardless of what size I purchased. BB wheels informed me of that when I inquired about a larger size. Needless to say, they were not willing to work with me for a solution other than 1/2" spacers on the front wheels of my 5.0 mustang. I will take responsibility for not making sure that the tire shop fitted all the wheels in both the front and back before mounting. However, I was sold a wheel suggested on the website that was not a fit for my vehicle by any means. Spacers shouldn't be required at all when you purchase a wheel to fit. I was disappointed that after numerous calls, I never spoke with management or a specialist. I was just a number and management repeatedly pushing spacers down my throat instead of taking the call and trying to find a compromising resolution proved that. Even a 50% credit to exchange the wheels would have been much appreciated. Instead, I'm stuck paying a $1,000 bill for the next six months for wheels that I can't do anything with and I still need to buy wheels that fit asap. I have new tires (not purchased through BB wheels) but still no wheels. Definitely not the experience I expected from a family owned business. I'm thoroughly disappointed

Very happy with them and my rims. They shipped faster then other companies I have dealt with. Yes that 20x14 -76 in 46 inch military tires.

I called in before placing my order they said wheels were just like the pick i recived the wheels with no chrome inserts and now i have to pay 100 extra to get the inserts and the rim is thiner then what it show on the pic

Once the order was placed, the fitment specialist called to verify the offset because it was for a custom vehicle. Once the wheels came in I had a small issue with one of them, Sarah took care of it. Great customer service!

Ordered a set of 33x12.50x17 MT and they came in as 225x75x15 AT. Not sure how anybody could mess that up. Then their customer service sucks even worse. (Elizabeth) Told me Fedex would be there 4-23 to pick them up, but didn't give a time. After I told her she could have put that in the email, because she sure wouldn't call me back. She said she wasn't going to keep letting me belittle her. Still have yet to hear from anybody about their mistake, and yes I ended up having to take them back to Fedex myself. Do not buy from these folks. It would have been less work to go buy them somewhere else.

Lots to choose from and many great products. They even have most sizes that bigger tire companies don't Carrie highly recommend them all company.
