I purchased a set of tires and they shipped me 3! Waited over 10 days for the 4th tired and they weren't inconvenienced a bit! Then had a flat on my rear tire which they probably sold me junk. Tried to used road hazard and they tires weren't registered... huh?! I've never registered a tire for road hazard. Typical loop and copout to keep from paying for your shady tires. Customer service is a joke and they just want your money.

If you purchase tires from BB Wheels, watch out if there is any chance you need to cancel or return their tires. I emailed the customer service dept the next morning and cancelled my order. Then, I called when they opened at 10am EST and cancelled it with a customer service representative. She said she would take care of it. When I received emails that evening saying the tires were being shipped, I called immediately when they reopened and their rep told me, it's too late. How could it be too late when I called when they opened? They charge a whopping 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping costs. Do not buy from them.

Please if you want to feel like you don't mean anything or you like when customer service has no comprehension of customer service. Feel like you just been bamboozled. Shop here at B&B Wheels
They make sure they hire the people that don't make hurting other people to make money. Do yourself a favor and run from this POS company as they have no problem with taking your money and leaving you stranded. There site is Inaccurate in lies to you when you enter in your vehicle information it will pull up items that don't fit your vehicle. Which is weird because if you go on any other auto website once you enter in your vehicles information any part that shows up should fit your vehicle that is the point of having that search engine it's called a filter. I purchased tires. They sent me wrong size, They said they would take tires back providing they keep over 150.00 just to take them back. I read on net that this happens all the time with them.

Ordered on Friday got on following Tuesday, two places in my home town said tire size wasn't available at this time... very happy with BB

They sold me rims that were not properly weight rated for my truck. They called me after the rims and tires were installed and said they made a mistake and had me send the rims back. They would not reimburse me for cost to remove the tires and pack them up to ship back. This seems to be a consistent problem for many of there customers based on other reviews.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered wheels, lug nuts and tmps. Everything was ordered together over the phone. Made payment over the phone using credit card. We confirmed the address. Fast forward they shipped the lug nuts and tmps to the correct address and shipped the wheels to the wrong address. Went out off my way to have the issue fixed but BB Wheels stop taking my calls. They won't answer my emails. Basically I paid for wheels for someone else. I'm left working with the credit card company to be reimbursed. Very disappointed.

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They sold me junk TPMS sensors that aren't compatible with my car until some firmware upgrade for them comes out sometime in the future. I had these installed by my local tire shop... and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree 20 minutes later. 2 sensors giving complete wrong pressure readings and 2 sensors completely dead/not communicating with the car at all. Talked to BB Wheels customer service and they were COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC and blamed it on the sensor manufacturer. They won't let me return the sensors because they were already installed despite that they wrongly recommended these to me and they DON'T WORK WITH MY CAR. This was for a new car and the car won't pass my State Inspection with the warning lights on the dash. I'm so screwed. They told me to go back to my tire shop in a few weeks and have them try again... Which is GOING TO COST ME ANOTHER $150 from the tire shop on top of what I already paid the first time. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE GRIMEY AND DON'T SUPPORT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

I order a bug shield for a 2016 Chrysler and they sent me a bug shield for a 2008 Chrysler, They are trying to make me pay for the shipping back to them for them sending me the wrong shield. I am disputing the charge on my card and they can come get the thing themselves and I not paying a $60.00 charge to to send the shield back to them when it was their fault in the first place. I recommend not using this company for anything that you will need to order for your vehicle look else where first before you order from them

I ordered wheels, they sent the wrong size then said that's what i ordered because i didn't go to some bull$#*! place on their website, then they wanted to charge me for restocking, $280.00 plus return shipping at $321.00 avoid this place at all cost.

The prices are great, but GOD forbid you need to return or have a customer service issue. I ordered two tires, the next day I found them cheaper locally. I tried to cancel the order the next day and they said it was too late they already shipped. I never signed for the order and the tired were returned to them intact.

Now they want to charge me 20% restocking fee and a shipping fee back to them. There is no shipping fee if I refuse the order.

These guys are just plain crooks. I had my credit card reverse the charge and blocked them from charging me anything more.

Crazy bad customer service.

Making me pay for restocking fee and shipping fee to ship back a cancelled order that was cancelled overnight and within 2 hours of ordering. Will be claiming credit card refund. Making customer pay for their mistake. Unacceptable.

They sell tires which are advanata they are made in China they are junk. I've had issues from day one. Bbwheels is the worst I will post my opinion everywhere. Stick away from them

So placed my order with BB Wheels. Shipping started off to look like a fast and easy experience. I was wrong. Received 3 rims. "Where is the forth"? Phone call. We will contact u back. Okay. Well 4 days later. No contact. Meanwhile. Package is out for delivery again. Sit home all day because signature required. Truck drives by no delivery. Next day. Out for delivery. Today they delivered the last rim. And 3 of the tires I ordered. Phone call. "We will contact you back" needless to say. I'm still waiting. So I started to open and make sure everything I ordered is in new condition. Ding, scuff, scuff, ding, scuff. Still gotta bring that up. Boxes are beat to death. You know. If they do call me back. Family Company that prides itself on Customer Service. Guess I'll try SD Wheels for my wife's vehicle.

I just purchased a set of wheels from this company on the 4 of July weekend and after purchasing they said they will take 2-4 days on shipping and handling so after that I receive a email that the wheels were not in stock so I need to call and get different ones, ok that was about a week already so next day when I ordered the other one I am going to work and i am looking on my drive way 4 big boxes I was thinking that can't be the wheels that I just ordered last night so I approach the boxes and open one guess what it's was the wheels that they said it was out of stock so I contacted customer service to advise and be honest about them sending me the out of stock wheels, they did not have the order information. If I wasn't honest I could have kept them since nothing was noted of such purchase. Weeks pass by and I was told by the tire shop where I went to mount the wheels that 2 of the ones received where bent and did not take balancing properly. I contacted them once more to be told that I have to submit proof and also pay for balancing, and to send them back without confirming that I would get a replacement so now take them to the junkyard for scrap I will not recommend at all. This company. So be aware

Only reason I'm giving them one star is because negative numbers are not an option. Ordered four BFG TA AT KO2S 265/75/16 I recieved three and one 285/75/18. Called to find out how to rectify this situation that is completely their fault. I knew when they said send it back and then we will send you a replacement, I'd been had. Sent tire back against my better judgment. Shouldn't have let it out of my possession until I received my tire. The one I ordered. They're now telling me this fifty pound tire has only been showing up on scans as two and a half pounds. So now I'm out over $200 on a tire that FedEx must have lost? Plus going to have to spend another $200 plus locally to get a fourth tire and get my customer back on the road. So I'm pretty much out over $500 for their mistake. Guess I'm gonna eat this job.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size rims. After talking to their customer service not only do I have to pay the return shipping they are also going to charge me 25% of my total as a restocking fee. Total bs. Basically the costs of 1 rim and how ever much for the return shipping will be so yea about half of my total if not more... dont use this company what so ever. Oh and this all applies to defects and anything that happens with shipping. Complete and utter bs.

Ordered wheels and tires. Based off my lift I was told I could fit 35 inch tires. Talk to local suspension tire place. They said absolutely not. Ill have to get 2 more inches lifted. I immediately called under 24 hours they said nope tires Sent out. Refund will be minus 25 percent! There sales helped!
