My old tires had aged out and needed to be replaced before our upcoming trip in two weeks. Nothing was available locally in the Seattle area so I found BB Wheels on the internet. They had availability and at a great price. I ordered around noon on Wednesday and the following Friday evening they at my house! I couldn't be happier... Thank You BB Wheels!

Purchased 4 wheels from bb wheels. They showed late. Had the tire shop put tires on them and 3 out of 4 wheels had major defects! Return policy states 25 percent return fee plus shipping. I'm pissed and will never use bb wheels again!

Purchased wheels from BB Wheels for a great price. Upon delivery one of the wheels was damaged during shipment. Sandra who assisted with the entire return process was very professional and communicative. She had another replacement sent out quickly. GREAT company to do business with. You are the best Sandra!

I had a customer come in with broken studs and missing all his centering rings. The customer could not remember where he had purchased the wheels. I called BB Wheels and the rep. I spoke with was very thorough in fact finding and making sure I was delivered the correct parts that I needed. I was very pleased with the service and parts that we received.

Bought 4 tires at decent price and the courier whom I won't name lost one of the tires. I emailed customer *******@bbwheels and they responded swiftly and shortly after that I received an email for an order for a replacement tire no questions asked. Haven't received my merch yet, but the purchasing experience has been top notch so far. I have some tricky hubs so needed the rep to do some research on what would fit my truck. Adjusted my order after paying to remove some hub rings I didn't need. Very good communication on the status of my order. Website is on of the best online sites in my opinion.

Just how I like them. I ordered the tires at 0300 on a Thursday and received exactly what I ordered by 1300 on Friday. Free shipping, received the next day and the tires were $45 a piece cheaper than I found them anywhere else. If this is always the way, I'll be sure to buy from them again. Very happy

Purchased rims for my car. Really skeptical about online shopping for this kind of purchase (as I've been scammed before). As with any online purchase; DO YOUR RESEARCH. I did and I found out BB Wheels are a family, run brick & mortar business. They have a great online selection of rims (and wheels if your looking for them as well) and they're not just a distributor with a warehouse and a website (not that those sites are all bad- but I've not had very great service from those type of businesses).

Ordered my rims on the weekend and my rims arrived by Friday! That's service in my book! Had an issue with the lugs I purchased but that was NOT their fault- it was USPS that 'misplaced' my lugs. BB Wheels found out and they dispatched new lugs right away. Can't wait to put my rims on! Wish I had more pics but I don't at the moment. The rims are beautiful- packed with foam around the edges and 'hairnet' to protect. If your unsure of what your getting or what you need, they have a phone number and you can call and talk to them (although I didn't need to).
In conclusion, I absolutely recommend purchasing from BB Wheels. I WILL be doing business with them again (my hubby's looking at rims and tires for his dually now lol). Bonus is that your supporting a 'little guy'… an actual business and not Amazon/Walmart etc.
