They helped me to understand some of the things about ordering rims as to how they would fit my car with its specs & things I didn't know about like center bore spaces I would need. Other places that sell car rims didn't bother to reach out & ask me if I knew of things like this or if I did on offset size as well. Other places tried to sell me rims with a +40 offset, but my car could only handle a +15 to +25. The +40 offset would've been too much. Other places even where I usually get my tires was trying to sell me the wrong stuff to make a sell I guess. These guys highly impressed me. Courteous & polite, they did great!

Have to pay about $800 to send them back no exceptions. Absolutely crazy! BB wheels does not care about customers or helping in anyway

Ordered 4 tires. Received incorrect size. BB wheels is making ME pay 25% and return shipping. I am out nearly $200. Zero cooperation on their part. BUYERS BEWARE: 25% restocking and making me pay the return shipping is pathetic. TireRack and Discount Tire are so much more customer focused.

I ordered tire with free shipping once I received my invoice it had 3 different charges beside the sale tax, I called immediately to cancel within 20 minutes only to be told that they would try to cancel but can't guarantee, I have reached out to them on 4 separate occasions and same answer waiting for a reply from manufacturer, I have advise them that I would refuse their shipment and put in a dispute with my credit card. I was told that it could take 1-3 days before I could receive a reply, they will ship the tires and then advise that it has already been ship very shady not honest company to do business with. STAY FAR AWAY

Customer service is very arrogant. They do not take any responsibility for their selling goods. I got 4 tires, Bridgetstones which was very cheap $65 per one. I wondered if purchasing from online seller is ok though prices is so low. But I tried and bought. I installed to 2 rears and drove one month less 1,000 miles. Suddenly one tire was teared down on inner side rim. Inner means the inside of car, not outer side of car. That means no possibility by damage of external object. I was scared of this because I have never experienced this much bad tire in 30 years driving. I emailed BB Wheels asking refund & other tires' quality. BB Wheels does not take care at all, just asking "manufacture is asking DOT, tread depth, installed car information". And finally BB Wheels said "manufacture does not guarantee road hazard". I wrote this for protecting other people having same experience. I think that BB Wheel does not deserve to sell and Bridgetstone either.

I own a gift fruit basket shipping company in Florida and customer service is what keeps people coming back! If a customer has a complaint, even if we know they are lying, we take care of it!
Using the BB Wheels Search engine, I entered 2022 Bronco Sport. The search results had over 100 styles of wheels. I ordered the Weld Crux Offroad Wheels with a total cost over $1200. 00, which included taxes and shipping. The wheels do NOT fit inside the wheel well, they hit the suspension components. I added 1.5" spacers and they still hit! I emailed BB Wheels several times and was told that I would have to pay shipping and a 25% restocking fee for the wheels. This equates to over $350.00 shipping, and $300.00 restocking for a total of $650.00! Per BB Wheels return policy, I knew that I couldn't mount a tire onto the wheel for testing so I didn't. The wheel did bolt up to the hub, but didn't fit. I asked for help in every email, but was told to contact sales, they were NO HELP! I have to pay 50% of the original cost to cover shipping and restocking! I really love these wheels, but BB Wheels should know which wheels fit which vehicle! BB Wheels NEVER GAVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I bought a set of Cali Off Road wheels from BB Wheels for my dually. The clear coat is bubbling and peeling on 2 of the wheels with only 7000 miles on them.

Rims were nice but the insurance protection company they use route is horrible. BB Wheels doesn't have a phone# for them & they both keep passing the blame when your product is lost. I did receive 4 rims & my black lug nuts, tpms & only 3 tires. FedEx lost one tire. Even with proof & numerous calls to BB Wheels & numerous emails to ROUTE, AFTER the 5-7 day grace period, Route got silent & stopped answering our emails. BB Wheels claim to cc us in email but never did which makes me wonder if they were actually lighting a fire under Route to get the ball rolling. So long story short. We had to email Route and say " hey is losing the sale of 4 rims, 4 tires, lugs & tpms monitors really worth losing our business when all you have to do is send ONE TIRE?" The we mysteriously get an email the next day from Route saying a tire was ordered and there was a "mix up" in contact information (as uf they all of a suddenly STOPPED seeing our emails AFTER notifying us if the grace period and they continue to say that they "couldn't" reach BB WHEELS. Then we get a call from BB WHEELS saying that they "FINALLY" heard back from ROUTE and that the tires were ordered & tracking information will be sent over when it's updated into the system. My husband & I just laughed at how they both couldn't seem to accept responsibility. Will NEVER do business with this company again. Took 3 weeks to get the last tire. Only gave 3 stars because the rims look good on my Escalade.

Let me tell you. I received 4 boxes with the correct labels that stated 24x12 135/139 but when the guys installed they notice one wheel didn't fit. Come to find out BB wheels shipped me an open box with the wrong bolt pattern. I got the rim removed from the tire and shipped back. Management decides that they would still make me pay for that one and a new one. Regardless of their f…k'n mistake so now I'm stuck paying for 5 wheels. Not a way to do business. Mighty funny they could add a wheel to my account but could take the bad one off. Smh. Looks like this the first and last time I'll buy from them. And next time don't tell 2 customer service reps two different resolutions. Doesn't look good on you guys!

As for the rims. The right ones. They look good on my truck. Hopefully it doesn't take you guys long to send me the 4th wheel

The customer service at BB wheels is the slowest customer service I've ever had to deal with, I phoned four times in four days and was put on hold each time for 26 minutes or longer only to reach an automated message that kicked me back to the main menu and then ended up hanging up on me eventually
If you ever have to return a wheel to BB wheels be prepared to never get any money back, I returned a set of wheels after they had them in their possession for 17 days they got a hold of me to let me know that one of the wheels have damage to it and they would not refund my money, I am the supervisor of a logistics company and not only did I pack the wheels in foam I double boxed them, I have detailed pictures of the wheels and the boxes before they left my company showing no damage to either the boxes or the wheels them self, I ship thousands of packages daily and know how they should be packaged and boxed any damage caused to the wheel was done in their possession. The 25% restocking fee is also outrageous the US norm for restocking fees is between 3 and 12%, My advice to anyone looking for a new rims or tires, shop elsewhere or take your chances with this company, Better yet just keep your money and shop somewhere else.

Ordered 4 tires and expected them to be delivered in a week. I received 3 out of 4 and a bbwheels customer service rep told me the other one will arrive within 24 hours. Fast forward 4 days its still not arrived. I call to ask if they lost it and they actually sent it to a completely different state. They said they will start a claim. Fast forward about 3 more days and they tell me they lost the tire. Now im waiting for the replacement as i payed for secure packaging via route. But why is it taking almost a month after the other tires for me to get my 4th tire? Seems like they have no sense of urgency. Horrible service. Will never buy from bbwheels again.

Sales rep Noa was very professional and personable to deal with. Pricing was very competitive on Maxxis tires and Vision rims I purchased.

Stay away from this tire company. All four of my tires came in sporadically with different DOT codes. The fourth tire never showed. I expected to have the tires on my Jeep when I returned from vacation. The customer service was appalling and I am still waiting for my refund since I returned all the tires because I refused to do business with them because of the appalling way they handled my complaints! Just criminal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Spoke with Sandra, Tony and Sarra. Disgusting.

You are rolling the dice when it comes to BB Wheels. If you have no issues then great but if you have any issues with the product you purchased you are out of luck. They shipped me a tire that was brand new in 2019, three years old. They stated some BS about how the tire was technically new. The tire had been sitting in the elements as there was visible dirt and erosion on the tire. One of the tires busted after my first drive so I contacted them to refund me for the tires. They stated that I would need to pay shipping to them which is around 100 bucks. Then I would need to wait for them, 30ish days, to inspect the tires to make sure they were defected. Then I might be issued new tires depending upon their inspection. I would then have to pay shipping, another 100 bucks, to me. I have learned my lesson, never buy from an online vendor or if you do check out their return policy. I am out 400 dollars because of this horrible company.

I was not knowledgeable about wheels, but wanted to get some for my BMW X5. I was super frustrated because I wasn't getting the information I needed. This all changed after I talked to Troy at BB Wheels. Troy patiently walked me through the whole process and made sure I ordered the correct wheels for my X5. Without his help, I would have ordered wheels that wouldn't have fit. It is very rare nowadays to receive such professional customer service.

Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday. One of the few places that had Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T's in stock at 37x12.50r17 size and significantly cheaper than the alternatives (even the ones where I would have had to order them.) Very pleased, was leery as this was my first purchase from BB Wheels. Would recommend.
