Whatever the estimated delivery time says, add on an extra week! And they are no help when you call inquiring about your package. The customer service agent actually told me "oh well, there's nothing we can do. It will get to you when it gets to you". Saving money just isn't worth the hassle!
The worst experience! Do not purchase from them, I rather spend the extra money then have to deal with them again. I ordered softball pants and got the wrong size. Told by customer service that they will make sure we get the right one on the re order, get the reorder and still got the wrong size. WOW! For a savings you get a headache!
I have been waiting for a glove for 3 weeks on backorder. I decide to get it on baseball savings because it was $100 off than most sites, but it said that the glove would be in a week ago but it still isn't in I am very upset.
Yes, I am sure all of you that have posted here have serious reservations about this company and would advise not to order. I do not dispute any of your claims nor would I try to dispute your claims. All I can post is regarding my positive experience with this company. I placed an order with this company because the price was the best I could find. Shipping & timing was okay. I recieved a tracking number and the product arrived as expected. However, I had a problem with the order and I called customer service to resolve. They corrected the issue not only to my satisfaction but well above the level that I would have expected. Therefore, I will probably order from this site again. ~Satisfied Customer
I placed an order for a baseball glove on Monday and chose the next day shipping option. If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. CST, the item will be shipped the same day. I placed my order at 2:00 p.m. CST, received my email confirmation at 2:08 p.m. CST, but did not receive a shipping confirmation email that night. I called the next morning and asked where my order was and was told it was going to be shipped that day. I informed the customer representative that the order should have been shipped the day before with next day shipping. He apologized and said he would refund my shipping costs. Okay, great. Figured I could live with getting it a day later. Wednesday morning I track my package and see that it shipped it 2nd day and not Next Day like I had originally chose and paid for. Now the glove that I needed Tuesday, won't get here until Friday and I needed it by Wednesday at the latest. NOT HAPPY! If you need something urgent, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Now I have to scramble and find a glove for my son to use for a tournament this weekend.
They seem to take a long time to get an order shipped out. I expect an in stock order to ship the next business day. OK sometimes maybe the next day, but just generating a tracking number but not getting it to the carrier in time to go out is unacceptable. Two business days later it need to be on a truck headed to its destination, not dropped of at 10 at night so it hopefully goes out the next day. Im not too happy with these guys
I have bought several items from this site without any problems until now! We purchased a helmet on Saturday and I received a confirmation. Because I did not receive a shipping notice a few days later I called. I was first told my credit card did not clear then I was told they had no helmets then I was told they did have the helmet but for some reason it still hasn't been shipped. I should post the run around email exchange I had with customer service. There is also a we listen email address to the CEO that he says he replies to in an hour. I have not heard from him either.
Also- you had better know what you want when you call to order because the people on the other end didn't know much about their products.
BEWARE! I placed an order and Baseball Savings generated a duplicate order. They are refusing to return the $36 shipping that they charged me for something I didn't even order. I was told that this is their policy.
Ordered a pair of Mizuno shoes. Received order confirmation. Two days later, was told they were out of stock :( A bad example for internet retailing. If you are not ready to market via the internet because of poor inventory system then please stay out. You ruin the whole industry.
Customer service is horrible. There is also apparently no communication from customer service to the warehouse. After having mutiple issues, I was promised expediated shipping, which didn't happen. Then told I'd get my shipping costs returned, didn't happen. Then after finally getting the merchandise and deciding to return because of such bad service, it took mutiple calls to get reimbursed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... AGAIN..
I honestly think the rest of you people are full of $#*!. I ordered a pair of cleats on Saturday and they were shipped Monday on time. They'll be here by tomorrow (Thursday) which I don't think is all that bad. I will review more when I get my product but the customer service rep I spoke with was polite and answered all questions, maybe instead of being a giant $#*! on the phone with someone you don't know you should try some manners and you'd get farther... Good site, will probably order again.
PS to the guy who ordered catchers equpiment, you get what you pay for, you probably ordered some bull$#*! brand like Wilson or Allstar...
I ordered a bat next day air no show they would do nothing blaiming ups who is there corparations choice of shipper the said not are fault. Have you ever spent money to play in tourney with no bat. This place is horrable no way ever again
I have never seen a less competent customer service department than this one. I considered purchasing one item from this store, one time, but ultimately ended up cancelling the order due to prohibitive shipping costs. I was placed on their catalog mailing list. When I called their 800 number to get off the list, they told me they would "forward my request" to the appropriate department. The next month, the catalog showed up again. I called again, they deflected me again. Next month - sure enough - another catalog arrives! Three requests and nobody did a thing to help me; they lied to me each and every time. Inexcusable. Do NOT buy from this company, and more importantly, do NOT let them get ahold of your address or email.

I ordered a bat bag for my daughter from them because they were the cheapest I could find. The website claims same day shipping if ordered before 3 p.m. I ordered mine Sunday night and expected to get a confirmation that it shipped but I didn't. I called customer service and was told that because we are a first time customer they make sure the credit card matches the address and it goes on hold. Am I mistaken that the credit card info will be tossed and the order will not go through if they do not match not to mention it was already billed to our card so it was all a load if crap. I was told it would ship tomorrow and if not they do not want to get another call from me. We need it by this weekend and the promise of same day shipped swayed me to order from them.
Stay away, stay far away. Do yourself a favor and purchase your gear from a local dealer. This company is terrible. Purchased Easton catcher's equipment that fell apart in less than a month; they would not send a RA number; they would not replace. They wanted me to pay to send it back to them; they, in turn, would send it back to the manufacturer with no guarantee when I would ever see my stuff again. The customer service is poor at best.

I had to order a uniform for my son to play on his baseball team. I gave them my credit card info and my order. I got an email telling me the order had been submitted, but no order.
I call them. And they tell me there is a problem with my order and that they simply wait for shoppers to call in wondering where the order is. They do not follow up and tell you what the order is. Meanwhile, I have gotten all the typical notifications that you would when giving your credit card info on line.
They simply told me that it was my fault that I had a typo (in my address). The system new it, but just threw my order in the bit bucket after telling me that they had processed my credit card.
All I asked was for them to expidite my order because they failed to tell me that it was not being processed. They basically told me to (you know what).
THEIR CUSTOMER SEREVICE WAS OBNOXIOUS TO ME!
