Ordered some pants and bats and paid for next business day delivery. Items did not come! Will NEVER order from these clowns again.
Sydney interrupted me several times about a bat that was market clearance on the website and offered an additional discount. She told me I was looking in the wrong place. I said I can send her a screen shot and she said it would not matter, she would not honor it. With service like this in such a competitive space, they won't survive.
I purchased the Louisville series 5 rig wheeled player bag in blue for my son's birthday at the end of March. By the end of April the bag had a hole in the bottom of bat compartment big enough for bats to slide out of the bottom of the bag. After a month! We have a Nike bag that has lasted five years with no holes and all zippers intact! The Louisville bags are crap. Stay away and don't waste your money.
There customer service sucks... I bought baseball pants for my kid for allstars the first time he wore them they won't stay button and they would not honor a return... WHY because they had been worn... Oh my it is called how do you know they are defective until you wear them... Seriously... they Sale crappy product and then don't honor a return... They are thieves...
I ordered two bats and two bat wraps all said to be in stock.
The next day i get an email saying one bat and wrap shipped while one bat they are out of and discontinued and the other wrap on back order for two weeks.
If i had known any of this i would have just ordered from someone else.
Their inventory control sucks and their customers pay the price for it.
I ordered baseball pants that were twice put on back order. 3 weeks later I cancelled the order. 3 days AFTER I cancelled the order, they emailed me that they were shipping. I called and said I cancelled 3 days earlier and they said it was too late they were already on the truck.
Do Not order from this website, took five months to get the wrong color batting gloves. They took the capabilities to write a comment on Facebook away because so many people were leaving nasty reviews. The worse business that I have ever dealt with.
I already posted a review on the company about my grandson ordering batting gloves! Well I'm a mema raising grandkids and in a weak moment let my grandson use my phone to go onto this "cheep" website to order batting gloves! End the end I was charged 70 dollars for gloves that quoted as 30. Then charged $23 in shipping charges. SCREWED again. That's NOT THEIR PROBLEM! BE SO AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Mema
Ordered a baseball helmet in December for baseball season. I would have assumed this group knows when baseball season starts. They promised the helmet in early January. Then mid January. Then early February. Now early March. I called every time. They blamed the supplier. TERRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

WHEN I MESSAGED THEM TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED THEY TOLD ME THEY NO LONGER HAD THE SHOES I WANTED(THEY NEVER HAD THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE). I ORDERED FROM CANADA SO THEY KNEW I COULD NOT RETURN THEM(SENDING THEM BACK AND HAVING THEM RESHIPPED WOULD BE MORE THAN 2 PAIRS OF CLEATS). I ONLY WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT ANYTHINGS FROM THESE CLOWNS. LIVE AND LEARN OH WELL.
Stay far away from this company. Ordered 3 cage jackets and was not told that they were on back order for two weeks after I placed the order. I canceled the order and did not receive a cancellation confirmation email for 3 days! Apparently the company still uses the Pony Express for communication.
This company only lies they never have to right info on file. They charge my visa twice.
They also told me that all shipment and duties were in my price i paid to them so if you want to get ripped off deal with them

After thousands of dollars spent on probably 50 orders from baseballsavings.com over the years, this is the first time that I have experienced HORRIBLE service and its enough of a bad experience that I will never spend another cent with this company. I ordered a couple pair of baseball pants and a couple of t-shirts, received the order confirmation via email and the shipping confirmation via email with the FedEx tracking number. FedEx tracking shows they delivered the package to the U.S. Postal Service... yep, end of tracking information from baseballsavings. They swear they have tracking information that says the package was delivered by the U.S. Postal Service but I don't have the package. Baseballsavings refuses to provide me with any proof that the post office has delivered the package to me. Of coarse they have not delivered the package to me. So in the end, baseballsavings says to me..."Sorry, there is nothing we can do." I say,:... you mean to tell me that you can't provide me with any proof that the package has been delivered to me (only can provide tracking that FedEx delivered to post office), I have been a loyal customer for about 8-10 years, I have spent 2 weeks trying to track down this package with you, and there is nothing you can do?" Reply: "Yep". I guess they think I want 4 pair of pants and 4 t-shirts for my 13-year old son.

Ordered a baseball helmet and paid additional money to have it shipped 2 days or less. Took 5 days to arrive - when I called customer service I was told that I missed the cut off time the day I ordered and therefore it shipped out a day later - then I was advised that they do not deliver on weekends either. My whole point for paying extra was cause we had a tournament to play in with a new team and wanted a matching helmet. I was also told that upon checking out that the shipping policy is available there for review (which it is not)(you need to go back into the main page on website to search for). Long story short is that there are PLENTY of good quality companies who honor their business practices and who do the right thing. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM... All I can do is to warn others that this company could care less. I'd look elsewhere...
I ordered 2 Rawlings batting cage jackets since March 17,2016. It is June 17,2016 today and I still have not received them. I have spoken to several customer service reps and at least one supervisor but problem still not resolved. They claim the item was mailed by manufacturer but they have not been able to provide me with any tracking information. At least twice I was told a supervisor would be contacting me but they didn't. I had to call them again but most of the time the customer service reps told me the supervisors were busy and to leave a message. I will never order from this company again and I advise you that you will be taking a risk because if there is a problem with your order you will not be getting much help to get it resolved.
As others have stated, the shipping times and customer support are extremely poor. I ordered apparel that was to arrive today for a upcoming tournament this weekend. I have been tracking the shipment and noticed the freight company had an issue with the package at which time I contacted customer service at baseball savings via e-mail. No response for three (3) days. Contacted customer service via live chat and it was the first time they heard of the issue. Now they are stating items will not arrive until next week. I know overnight delivery is higher cost but that is the price of doing business if there is an issue with the freight company they have selected for shipment. Instead they will ship as if a new order was placed today. Baseball saving's abbreviation fits them well, BS.
Bought a pair of New Balance cleats. A "FREE" pair of socks was to be included. The color and size that I really wanted was out of stock. So, I selected a color and size that was IN STOCK. Shipment comes,,, NO SOCKS! Called Customer service and they gave the OLD RUNAROUND.
How can you advertise something and not deliver or makeup for it. They didn't even send a different pair of any color. No mention of the socks when the cleats arrived. BOGUS COMPANY<<<< DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! LOTS of other places like Homerun Monkey, Eastbay, etc that HONOR what they advertise!
I was told my item would come in 7-10 days. It arrived two months later AFTER I was told it was successfully cancelled (due to it taking too long). They will not refund my money or return my calls. TERRIBLE service and CRIMINAL practices. Don't waste your time or money.
