I ordered two bats and a glove in preparation for my adult league starting in April. Prices were fine, I managed to get all three items on sale, but that's where the trouble started. I received an order confirmation with all three items, yet when it arrived (almost two weeks later) only the bats were included. Turns out they cancelled the shipment of my glove without notifying me, and when I called to inquire the lady on the phone basically responded with "too bad" and sent me on my way. So in short the package took a week just to ship, and when it arrived it didn't even contain what I ordered. To top it all off the customer service was rude and unhelpful, and that's more than enough to keep me from buying here again.

Still waiting...

Ordered an helmet on 2/25. Called them on 3/3 to confirm a ship date when I was "promised" to be shipped out "today". Now, it's 3/4, the status of my order is still "In Process". Called them again to try to cancel, I was told I can't because the item is "ready" to ship. With majority of reviews being critical across couple of review sites, there must be some reason behind it. Stay away...

Update... Just checked back on order status, now it's backordered. What happen to "ready" to ship? Let's see if I can cancel the order.

Awful. 2 day shipping partial order arrives a week later completely wrong-color and size than what I ordered. Called twice, both times on hold for an hr. Agent didn't want to help me, basically told me I was $#*! out of luck on the other Order and it would arrive when it arrived.

I placed an order on Sunday night for a pair of New Balance. I didn't read the reviews until after I placed the order. I have to say I was a little concerned. I sent an email inquiring about my order on Wednesday. About an hour later I received a reply and l received my product today, Friday. Great service, speedy delivery, and quality product. I was so impressed I took advantage of the clearance specials and placed another order.

I ordered a baseball rolling bag for my nephew. Because of Covid we won't see them for Christmas. I put in to ship it to his address as they do not live near us. It came to us. I had to pay an additional $29 to ship it myself to them. I was told to email the receipt to a supervisor. She will not answer my email and has told associates she will only reimburse me half my additional shipping. Still no answer from her.

Waited 2 months for new Victus NOX BBCOR bat, then was told it was "delivered" despite my RING camera showing no one ever delivering package and we were at home all day on the day it was supposedly delivered. Total scam, no bat ever arrived and zero help from Customer Service who tried to blame FedEx or whoever their supposed shipper was. Won't use them again.

Baseball savings. Com is an awesome website I'm a regular customer I ordered 3 different times with them I started freaking out after reading all those bogus comments and after the 2 day waiting period I recieved all my items back to back to back I wasnt over charged or any thing again dont always believe what you read everything was the correct size and definitely cheaper than stores they got a customer for life

Terrible experience

Ordered with "free two day shipping." Order didn't process for four days, and I cancelled. They said it would be intercepted, showed up anyway. 7 day turnaround only to have to return product while they grabbed my Money from my account the day I ordered. Customer service doesn't even have live agents... you call and then they call you back when it's good for them. Very disappointed, won't ever do business with them again.

Due to COVID, team fittings were cancelled and we had to guess sizes... the pants my daughter got were unwearable. She loves the Champro pants but we had none in grey. I placed my order on a Wednesday night, and paid for overnight shipping. The cost of the pants was so reasonable that even with overnight shipping the two pair averaged out to about what I usually pay for them. I read some of the reviews and got a little nervous so I called Thursday morning to see what the status was to see if I should have Plan B in the making... the person I spoke with was so nice and helpful and said my package would go out that day. And today it showed up on my doorstep. So thank you Baseball Savings for saving the day for our Tournament this weekend!

VERY HAPPY

I never write reviews but this time I felt it was the right thing to do based on the negative reviews I read. I emailed baseball savings on Thursday the 20th of May asking if they ship to Canada as they are an American based company. They replied the next day stating they do and if I had any other questions don't hesitate. On the 21st I decided to make an order of 2 pairs of cleats. Well today is Monday May 25th and my order has arrived. These are legit and definitely met and exceeded my expectations! From kansas to Canada in these difficult times I'm very impressed way to go baseball savings!

I gave you a shot on one bat. Before orders alots of bats for my club. Customer service really is a joke.
Shipping is a joke. I just need my bat please.

I bought a bat from this company a few weeks ago. First issue was the shipping. Ordered on 2/18 and was supposed to have 2 day air shipping. Didn't receive the bat until 2/24 which was almost a full week later. Emailed them and they offered a 10% discount on my order for it. Okay, cool. Then came the second issue. The bat we received was the 2020 Mizuno 28in 18oz POWER -10 but what they had a picture of was the 2020 Mizuno HOT METAL B20 -10... but in the description of the bat on their site said both Mizuno B20 PWR Alloy... so essentially they had combination of two different bats in the name. I wanted the HOT METAL bat which is what was pictured. I was sent the POWER. I only found this out after comparing the bat I ordered vs what I received on Mizunos website directly. I emailed them again and after a week of checking their inventory they finally admitted to having the wrong bat pictured. The solution I was given was that I could return the wrong bat and order the right bat now that they had it corrected on their website. But wanted me to pay full price for the correct one (bat that was pictured I ordered for $79.95 but it actually was $149.97 - so a difference of $70.02)... I find that to be horrible customer service, honestly. If you have something listed on your site, that it was is expected to be received. All they wanted to offer was free next day shipping which since it's a Friday means I wouldn't get the bat until Tuesday. Then after asking for a supervisor, I was given the option of a 10% discount on the correct bat. In my opinion, they should have done a simple exchange and wrote off the difference since it was their mistake. This was my first time ordering with this company and certainly my last. Don't fall victim like we did!

I purchased from this website and had 2 pending charges that matched my confirmation email and the next day when I checked my bank account two more unknown purchases were made through the company. Over 120 dollars worth so definitely not worth the risk.

Had stopped shopping here years ago due to poor customer service and extremely long shipping times. However, my college player could only find the cleats he liked from their website. I chose 2 day shipping and my order was scheduled to arrive on 1/23/2020. There were not tracking updates since 1/23/2020 so I emailed and called in on 1/26/2020. I was told a trace would be placed on the order and I would be updated withing a day or 2. The policy states I may not hear up to 7 days, but I was assured by the representative it never takes that long. I called back in on 1/29/2020 as I had not heard and was told the trace was actually issued on 1/28/2020, delaying the process even further. It is always a nightmare to receive orders from this place. I was weary of placing the order at all as this has ALWAYS been our experience. Buyer beware. If you must get an item from BaseballSavings.com, make sure you have at least a month to wait for it to arrive.

They claim they'll exchange the product if it doesn't fit then after your kid tries it on to find out that it doesn't fit they make it impossible to exchange. They'll claim it was used (even Though you it wasn't) after telling you to buy a new set immediately rather than waiting for the return to be processed properly. Then you're stuck with 2. Then don't bother calling them, It's an even worse experience, you'll get nowhere. Stay away from this company at all cost. You're better off spending a little more, even for the same product elsewhere.

Baseballs savings claim on their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can EASILY exchange or return your item online. Item must be returned within 30 days from purchase in new and unused condition"
I was charged $6.39 on a single item return. The value of the item was $7.98.
I payed $6.39 for NOTHING!

Three separate phone calls... Three different excuses.

Very Poor Service

I ordered a pair of white/gold Adidas size 9 that was need in my son's tournaments that begin in 2 days. I received a pair of Blue/White size 12 New Balance today. I contacted customer service just to find out that I have to take time out my day to print a return label and find a FedEx to drop off this incorrect order before they can contact their warehouse to see if my brand/size/color is in stock. The CSR advised me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to find out if they have the correct shoe. I advised them that I'd send this bad order back and I also want my money returned so I can just go to a store and purchase the shoe. The CSR told me that once I return the wrong order, then they receive the shoe, it will then take 3 to 5 days before the return process begins. This basically means, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks before i get my money back. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never shop or recommend this company to anyone I make contact with. Please spend that extra $20 to $50 on getting your children sport gear from walking stores.

Ordered Catcher's Gear on Monday of this week, charge was placed on my checking account. Item shipped on Wednesday and they charged my checking account again. When I called they openly admitted that they double bill - first, they put a hold on your account and then charge it when the item ships. Once the item ships, they take the hold off of your account that may take 3-5 more business days. Seems criminal to me.
