Do not buy from this website unless you can wait for a Very Very Very Looooong time. I'm not talking weeks but months.
I purchased $400 worth of items on 21 June and they have changed the delivery date 3 times, with the latest one being 25 August; but it will most likely get pushed out again.
They refused to send the item in different lots because of shipping cost and cannot give you any certainty they will honour the new delivery date.
The customer service representatives just adhere to the script, so do not expect them to provide any valuable information other than "We apologize for the inconvenience, but your item is now on order with the manufacturer"
A serious business would give you a realistic delivery time before you complete your purchase. Initially, (when the first delay email came through), I thought I could wait 2 weeks, then I thought I could wait another 2 weeks (after receiving the second delay email), but the 25th of August (the "new delivery date") will make it 9 weeks and that is if they do send the items on that day.
Ridiculous.
When you spend over $400 for a baseball bat you expect to get what you paid for. We were told that the bat will be delivered in 2 business days and unfortunately this company uses FedEx it is now 3 days and counting for delivery. I asked their cs team about it being late, and there was no sense of care or concern, like it was usual and common business for them.
I would suggest giving your money to any other company that cares about their customers.
Do not order from this company unless you have months to wait for your items. Costumer service is horrible. They state they ship your order give you a tracking number and a date, but it never arrives. I called the company to address the issue and they are no help. They have to file a claim with the shipping company and it takes anywhere from 7 to 10 business days. They will not cancel and refund. It's such a joke!
This is my second purchase from Baseball Savings. The first time, the bat bag arrived late. This time, the wood bat arrived defective--a diamond-shaped piece was cut out of the bat's handle. Very strange. I was told a new one would be expedited to me and arrive 2 days later (on Friday). It didn't arrive. I called again and was told the order was on hold and she "released it" for Monday delivery. Come Monday, the status of the order still cites "not shipped". I called to speak to a manager and was told to leave a message and she would call me back; they never called me back. This is a horrible company fully of liars who make empty promises, but they're really good about taking your money. Go elsewhere to buy your products. Shame on me for giving them a second chance! Don't make the same mistake I did.

I worked with Stacy over the phone and she was the best customer service person I have dealt with. If you need anything I would definitely call and see if you can talk with Stacy. I love baseball savings and all their equiptment.
The only things good I can say for BaseballSavings is they have great prices. The prices don't matter if you can't get your items to ship. I placed an order for over $1,000 in MLB hats. I verified the inventory via chat with a representative before placing it. He stated one item may have an issue. The next day, that item (7 of them) and another (2 of them) were cancelled. I called again to verify that this was the only items to be be cancelled and was assured it was final. The following day, another item (3 of them) were cancelled. Again today, another item (9 of them) were cancelled! I have once again called to verify and have been told that it will ship tomorrow but I have had 14 items cancelled that were verified in stock!
If I could give Baseball Savings 0 stars I would. They place orders for items they do not even have in stock. And to cancel an order is a process in itself. Every rep I spoke with from Tues- Friday said my order would be on the truck the same day only for it to not even be in stock at the warehouse. Horrible service. Stay away. Order someplace else.
This company is full of liars. I placed an order which was never received and they kept trying to give me the run around. It took them close to a month to give mea refund and every single representative I spoke with lied on my face. A few days ago they had the audacity to send me an email asking to review items. I obviously went ahead and wrote my review, my honest review where I stated what I went through, a day later I received a second email saying my review cannot be posted but is being looked at by their staff, something along those lines. Basically they will only post a positive review. I never used profanity or insulted anyone, just said they are all liars. I guess no one likes to hear the truth… Please stay away from this people, do not order from them. I have proof of everything I am saying here. Just beware! Also, one of the item was never going to be shipped until I called them to find out why it appeared as in processed after almost a week of placing the order, they had to go into the warehouse themselves and manually move on with the order because it was left forgotten. I spoke with at least 5 people in this place and none of them know what they are doing. I was told 2x over the phone that I will receive my refund and never happened. They kept blaming fedex… I had to get my bank involved and finally got my refund when I also told them I will get a lawyer involved. Please do not order from them.
I cannot believe why this merchant can do like this to their customer. One of the items that I ordered was cancelled without any notifications and any reasonable explanations.
Ordered some cleats, took them 3 days to process and ship the order which is not great but not horrible. However, they use the lowest cost Fedex shipping possible which resulted in my order moving around Kansas for almost 2 weeks... After 1 full week, my package was still in Junction City KS which is a couple hours drive from the original starting point. Next time I'll use Amazon or Baseball Express.
I ordered Adult caps and they sent me Youth sizes. After a month of emails, Baseballsavings still has not corrected their mistake by keeping both the item I ordered and my money I sent them. I would not recommend BaseballSavings.
If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order that said would be shipped in 2-4 days 7 days ago. I was sent an email that stated it had shipped and would arrive 4 days later. When I looked at the tracking it stated it was in Kansas... same location as the warehouse. It has been in Kansas for the last 6 days. I called and explained I needed these items, the rep placed me on hold to talk to management. She returned and said they would overnight me my order because we are headed out of town. I never received a tracking number so I called and was told the order is still in process. This is all after calling the day before and waiting 40 min to be helped. We leave tomorrow and I still don't have what was ordered 7 days ago. THEY MAY HAVE GOOD PRICES BUY THEY ARE A JOKE! So very disappointed with their customer service as I was just told by David it's not our fault it's FedEx. Really? Don't tell your customers that you will have something overnighted and not follow through.
First, they sensored this review on their site, which speaks volumes! No issue with the shoes, but delayed delivery was a deal-breaker. Tried to send for a refund and they wanted to charge me for shipping, which wouldn't have been an issue if they delivered in a timely fashion. Paid $2 extra to have FedEx pick up at my home, but they never came because BS doesn't arrange it like many of their competitors. Was told that i would have to get FedEx to come! Strike 3 - you're out!
Customer service is TERRIBLE! They lost my first order and KNOWING I had to have the items immediately made me PAY AGAIN to have the items shipped AGAIN! They said I can file a claim with fedex on the first shipment and possibly get my money back! Unfortunately the pants are out of stock everywhere else or I would have never paid again! DO NOT use this company it's a joke! I should have read all the other horrible reviews and never bought from there in the first place! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
This company is a total joke. They charged my card twice. Once for the order $150.81 and then a security deposit they called it for $202 so my card was charged total of over $350 got a $150 order I canceled the order and still have not got my money back

Terrible interaction with this company.
Ordered an in-stock bat. Never given any info on delivery date. Called the next week about delivery and told bat was out of stock and will be at least one month or more before they can send. Season will be close to over. Terrible communication. Shifty website on available stock. Will not use again.

This company uses cut rate delivery service took 2.5 weeks from order to delivery for instock items. Not woth the hassle to save a marginal amount
Let me start by saying I almost never write reviews good or bad for any company. I am usually just too lazy I guess. When I was first told about the site from my 14 year old Godson, I was definitely sceptical about ordering him a catchers gear set from Baseball Savings after reading some of the previous posts. Nevertheless, he really liked a Rawlings set he saw on there and the price sure looked good to me so I took a chance. I can only speak for myself and my one experience with them but I was extremely pleased and satisfied from the moment I ordered the item online from FL till the time it arrived a day early to my happy and eagerly awaiting Godson in Ohio. I did pay a little extra for the guaranteed shipping to get it there sooner but it was worth it. I would definitely order from Baseball Savings again. Play ball!
This website vendor has the practice of charging your card BEFORE they know if they have items in stock and can fulfill your order. It then takes as long as five days to get your money back. HIGHLY UNETHICAL! Do not use!
