Items on their site may be on backorder, but they don't tell you until after purchase and after collecting expedited shipping fees. Paid $23 for one day shipping on a helmet and c-flap. Rather than understanding that it was purchased together, one part was back ordered for an estimated 3 weeks. They shipped one and informed me of the backorder on the other piece after delivery. Can't use one without the other and they refuse to refund the difference in shipping. Will never order from them again. Good customer service brings repeat customers and they haven't figured that out.
The 1st order I had with this so called company was an equipment bag for my son. It was held up somewhere, but I wasn't sure if it was the shipper or supplier so I left it alone. Now onto the next one. I ordered a wheeled catcher's bag for my daughter and paid for expedited shipping. It was guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday with any "in stock" item. The item was indeed in stock, but the carrier this "company" chose to use is FedEx. FedEx DOES NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS. Called up and asked the girl to ship it out differently considering they screwed up. "We're sorry, but you paid through paypal and you would need to be refunded and purchase the item again in order for me to do that." I need to be pay twice because they can't handle logistics. She refunded what I paid for shipping, but the damage has been done. Don't worry, FedEx has it delayed another day now. Manger said if she could guarantee that I would get it, she would ship another one out for me, but since there is no guarantee that I will get it when I want it (which is when they guaranteed it by the way), she wouldn't do it and risk upsetting me more... YES! Attempting to satisfy me as a customer with no guarantee, but explaining that they would do their best so it could rectify the situation would just "upset me more". Damage is done. Buyer beware.
I ordered my son a catcher gear set, including knee pads, and a catcher's mitt; Next day I get an email that says it shipped, but mitt was pending. The day after that I get an email saying the mitt was on back order. News to me. Site said it was in-stock Just had a feeling I was going to get one pulled over on me, so I contacted my credit card company. BS had charged me the fee for my original order, PLUS an additional $275.83, on the day BEFORE I called to cancel the catcher's mitt. But no refund for the original order. The guy on the phone was polite, but he didn't offer any information when I inquired about a refund. BS was not given an authorization to charge my credit card again. In my experience of returning anything to any company, or cancelling, a credit goes back to your card right away, then the new fee is charged. Nowhere did I receive a refund. And the new price is not even correct. I am disputing this charge on my credit card and luckily I'm the type who keeps all paperwork until things are taken care of. I will NEVER buy from this place again. And this is my lesson to never buy from a company without looking at reviews first. Which I usually do.
I ordered my daughter brand new catchers gear in early October. The site said it was in stock when I placed my order. I get my order confirmation email that reflects the same thing that I saw online. A day or 2 later I get another saying all of her gear is backordered (I ordered the pieces separately). So I call and ask and they say we dont know when it will be available... ummm why are you offering items for sale if you dont know when you'll receive them? So about a month later I receive the helmet, 3 months after that I receive her shins and 6 months after the order and still no chest protector. I email them and it takes them a week to respond with some bogus generalized answer. So I call to find out the exact date and they tell me another 3 weeks. So I ask if they can just mail me a full kit of the same gear I ordered(that they have confirmed is in stock), they tell me no, I ask if theyll pull a chest protector from the kit since I've patiently waited 6 months... no. I said can I order a box kit and then return the 2 loose pieces I already received and obviously haven't been used (still in wrappers and boxes) and they say no because it's over their 30 day exchange policy. I say that's not my fault yall lied about having gear in stock and then took 6 months. They said sorry. So I was stuck with a helmet and shins and no chest protector cant return it and they REFUSED to help in any manner when I gave them numerous solutions. They are the worst company EVER! I wound up finding the chest protector at another site and cancelled my order with this horrific wannabe company. I've seen better business and customer service at a neighborhood lemonade stand.
Extremely shady company. I usually ALWAYS check reviews on a website I've never ordered from but didn't do it this one time and I paid for it. Showed a Demarini bat in stock, so I ordered it. After 2 weeks of no tracking number, I called them. This is verbatim what the customer service rep said, "Its packaged up and waiting for FedEx to pick up, which will be today" 4 days later and STILL no tracking number, I called back only for them to tell me it's not in stock and I'd have to wait a few more weeks at least... NOPE. Give me my money back! (which took another week) I feel like they show things in stock when they really are not just so people will go ahead with their order and just hope they will not call and cancel the order. All along taking months to get the stuff in. Spend the extra $10-20 and order from $#*!s that actually have stuff and they honor military discounts!
Ordered apparel for my daughter. They omitted my town house unit number on my shipping label. Called them on the phone, and they said that they will overnight another pair and their customer service verified my town house number. Well, next day came, and the idiots in shipping did it again. I had to go out to $#*!s and buy her pants there because they would be unable to ship me another pair before opening day. I bought many things from them in the past, but they lost my business for good.
I placed an order for over $200 in Softball's. Free shipping should have applied for orders over $99 but of course I was charged for shipping. I called BaseballSavings customer service and was politely told that the lady who does the refunds was out to lunch but she would refund me when she got back. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Don't do business with this company based out of Wichita, Kansas.
I bought an item for over $50 and I never recieved it. Never got my money back because apparently they don't take the money out until you recover the item which is bull$#*!. Point is they are scammers, customer service is trash and they lie about what they have on their website. DONT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
Ordered about $400 worth of stuff on Feb. 12,(spend over $100 get free two day shipping) received email next day saying two of the items are on backorder and will recieve Feb. 19. Get another email late Feb. 21 saying items have been shipped and will arrive Feb. 25. (We have a tournament 23&24) called customer services and they pretty much said it happens and there's nothing they can do.
Ordered the wrong brand of helmets and immediately canceled but they shipped anyway 2 days later. Then said they found the cancellation request after they had shipped and sent me an email telling me they had already shipped and outlined the miserable process needed to return them. Do you think they hope I just keep them? They are not a good company to work with. Stay away

Ordered a pair of turf shoes... 9 and half... orange and black... recieved 8 and half, red and black... returned them and still havent recieved my money back... along with thier crappy customer service.
I bought 4 pairs of softball pants. Shipping came in on time... but that was completely undermined by the absolute crap that was delivered. The quality was absolutely terrible. And when I say terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. The material was horrible and the picture on the website makes them look way too good for what I actually received in the mail. Sizes are literally ridiculous. I'm a small person and according to the website I should perfectly fit into an extra small. If anything, they should be slightly tight. So I figured that would be fine... um no, not at all. They fit awkwardly at the waist. It was just bad. And then the legs... oh the legs. No joke I could gain 100 pounds just in my legs and still be able to fit in those pants. Heck a grown man could fit in those with plenty of wiggle room. And because these are complete crap, I obviously want to return them like any sane person would do but guess what? I have to pay to ship back the crap that they sent me. And I don't even get my money back until they receive the stuff back. Which would be reasonable except I have no faith in this company anymore. I basically just threw $50 down the drain, right along with my pride. This was literally the worst purchase I have ever made. Don't even bother trying, just order from another website.
I order shoes they never came... when I called customer service where they proceed to tell me they will contact fed ex blah blah blah and no telling when I would get shoes or my money back! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! NEVER EVEN GOT AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING!
Big frigging deal! They offer free shipping but cant ship the products that you order. I placed an order in May and just found out that the bat that I ordered is back ordered until the end of June. Very unhappy. You could have had the common courtesy to contact me instead of me calling you to check on my order. Heres my advice to anyone ordering from Basball Savings... DONT... if you need something and want it delivered in a timely fashion... go somewhere else!
Prices are hard to beat anywhere, especially with one of their coupons. However, everything is fine until you have an issue. No customer support. One order was fine. The next, issues arose. I tried using their customer service email, received a non-deliverable back. Tried their online chat, no one available. Eventually got an email through to another inbox and got no response. So if your order goes through ok and the item works, you are good. Otherwise look out.
This company kept delaying my order. Had to finally find a bat locally since season had already started. This company didn't bother to call or email me when a new delay was implemented. It was up to me to contact them... to get more bad news. Buy a bat in stock or go elsewhere.
Needed some things by Friday for a Saturday game. First time ordering from these people. Ordered baseball pants, a hat and glove conditioner. Paid 11.99 for expedited 2 day shipping. Called the day before scheduled delivery because I didn't get a tracking number email. She said for some reason it was delayed so she changed it to overnight shipping so I would get it Friday. Called Friday because again didn't get my shipping email and he had no reason as to why it still wasn't shipped! I needed those items for Saturday. He says do you still want the order and of course NOT I have to now go on a Friday night to town to get everything! He had no reasoning at all as to why- just said Sorry about that. UGH! How are these people in business! Wish I would have read the reviews prior to my order!
I do not recommend any of you to do business with this company. Their policies are not consumer friendly and you will lose money.
So I ordered a glove that was "Out of stock" but they took my money out and it's been about 3 weeks and the money still isn't in my account! Customer Service hasn't done a single thing to help.
