Don't buy

This is garbage. There was no response from my dogs. This product is a scam and a waste of money. It took forever to arrive and they charged my card more money then they were supposed to.

I wish there was an option for no stars. This company has the worse customer service. First you never receive a confirmation email about your order. I was lucky that I printed the final page about my payment. I called back 2 weeks after placing my order and the representative told me he was going to call me within next 2-3 hrs since their system was down. I didn't hear anything for a week. So I called back and cancelled my order. There were just too many red flags. During the last call the representative told me that he could not issue a refund and would give me discount on another product. I firmly rejected and had to threaten him about calling my credit card company for retrieving the payment and file a complaint. Then he put me on hold and came back giving me the full refund. Then I had to ask for a confirmation number for cancellation and tracking number for follow up calls. He told me my order number is my confirmation for cancellation (which is fine but him not voluntarily giving it to me made me even more suspicious.)

For any online order there is a confirmation email sent, if product is on back order customers are usually informed via email, calls are promptly returned, and there would be a tracking number given to the customer. This company failed to do any of these. I started to doubt that this company is even in US since both times I talked to someone with heavy accent. The website is very misleading. This company needs major improvement in conducting business and keeping customers happy.

Disgraceful!

Ordered 1 barxbuddy on line, they took two payments from my bank account, now can't contact them. They say to contact their customer service team... what a joke that is... can't even get a reply. All I can say is buyer beware of this site.
I had to give them one star, only because it won't let you give them zero.
Don't know if they will refund my hard earned money...

Poor customer service
November 28, 2019

After I placed my order, they emailed me and told me that it wound't be shipped for 15-20 days. I called them back a few days later to cancel and they said I couldn't cancel after one day of the order. I ordered it Nov 9,2019 and today is Nov 27 and it still hasn't been shipped. Their customer service department is apparently an outsource as the number to call is not an area code for the business location.
