Too much bull$#*! and not enough information and where are your reviews? You better hope these are good products. Not enough info with product and where's the CBD oil you sneak in and then can't find. No way to contact you but you sure bug me.

I've had this for 4 days. I only had to engage it twice. My dog now shuts up when I SHOW her the unit and say "Quiet". I just didn't believe this was possible UNTIL I SAW IT MYSELF! I have a rescue Schnauzer mutt we've had for 3.5yrs. She is a yapper. She barks to hear herself bark. She barks at kids on bikes, scooters, roller skates, motorcycles, mailman, delivery trucks, people walking by, people walking by with dogs, squirrels on porch, rabbits in yard, outside cats, DEER! She barks to get a response from other dogs in the neighborhood. Not good at 2am. Inside or outside doesn't matter. Purchase arrived quickly. Directions not clear. It took me longer to open battery door and get battery out, unwrapped, and installed than it took me to train dog. Dog was outside barking. I went to backdoor, pointed, and pressed button. She stopped dead, whipped head around to look at me with a "what was that" look! I said "Quiet". About 5 min later a delivery truck went by. She launched into a frenzy running the fence. I pointed device and pressed button saying "QUIET!" She stopped in her tracks, whipped head to look at me. I said "QUIET". You could see frenzy tension melt. Her demeanor softened. She walked up to me and we went in the house. If she hears or sees a delivery truck, school bus, or car door slam she will run crazy from front to back of house. I call her name, point unit at her and say "QUIET". Silence! So far I haven't had to engage button again. If she sees me holding the unit, she's quiet. I'm working on letting her start to bark because I want her to be able to warn me. But, as soon as it takes that incessant turn, I just point it at her and... SILENCE! I don't know how the developer did this without being able to hear tone himself, but IT WORKS! I thank you. My neighbors thank you!

First, the company overcharged, and it took two phone calls to get it corrected. Then the unit would not work at all (tried on 3 dogs - no response) Called the company, said they would take care of it. Nothing. Called 3 weeks later, said would send new unit. Nothing. Gave up for 3 months, tried again by email. Support email bounced. Called service today and they said protocol would not let them service me because of time. Don', don't deal with this group

I did not want nail clippers as I already have them

From the times I used it I'm not sure that does anything it supposed to do. It doesn't seem to affect the behavior of my dog.

I have puchased this product as a present. I have entered all of my credit card info. THEN suddenly they catch you OFF GUARD by telling you that your purchase is not complete by selling you more products and then there is a final bill without giving the option of removing the additional items that you do not want. I call this a SNEAKY way of doing business. It makes you sick to have to cancel your complete order, to contact their customer service, your credit card company on top of the additional stress of our daily life. I already have a bad feeling about this product just looking at the TRICKY way they sold it. What other bad surprises will happend I just do not want to think about it. Is it worthwhile to buy it NOT AT ALL only due to their way of doing business.

Too many special offers at the end of transaction.

Quick and easy. However the advertising before getting to purchase is way, WAY, to long. In fact I almost skipped the purchase because it's completely over done. And I wish that one could use the sound without the light/lights as my dog loves to get excited when seeing the light / lights. Other than that its awesome!

Dog quit barking when first used, the difficulty will be in being available for continual reinforcement.

It was quick and very easy! I love it my dogs stop their bad behaviors right away!

Easy! It came in a timely manner. So far it seems to be working great. Just need a bit more time to use it!

Too many upsells at the end... But will be worth it if the barxbuddy works. My ears will really appreciate it.

I did not want the brush and was not sure how to move on until I found the VERY VERY small print. It took several minutes of looking to find the small print. Not at all pleasing

Stop the up selling at the end of the transaction. It made me skeptical about whether BarxBuddy is going to really be a good product or not.
