I bought three of time (accidentally, because the way their site is laid out.) so I thought I would just give them as gifts. Turns out, none of them work. Doesn't slow the barking at all. Tearable.
I have bought a leash and muzzle for my dog here. Everything delivered on time, though there was no hurry for me. The leisure leash is just a perfect fit for my Bobby.
This gadget is nothing more than a fancy flashlight with a laser. My dog demonstrates absolutely no reaction when I use it. Do not waste your money. If I had purchased it through Amazon I would return it for sure. But I did not and that was $42.00 down the drain.
Barxbuddy contacted me via messenger and sent another device. I am Awaiting the package to arrive.
I was worried it was a scam but i was relieved when they made contact and sent an updated tracking number. When the product arrives i will update the review.

They have 1 email address for support but no bothers to email you back. Ive emailed from various email addresses (gmail, personal email and work email) ive messaged on facebook. ZERO response. When checking out under your credit card there is only space for one address. My card used address is different to the delivery address. I think they a SCAM! I got a tracking id but when i click on it its not recognised tracking id. IF you order its impossible to get feedback.
I was desperate every time someone came to the door my dog went nuts he would bark and jump all over people she would be out of control my dog is a Maltese $#*!zu I only had to use barxbuddy 2 times
Now I just have to show it to her and she stops right away! I'm so happy I ordered it thx barxbuddy!
I ordered their JUNK barx buddy plastic, after getting it, it didn't even work the first time I opened the box but after reading more I realized it wasn't what I needed, no response when trying to get an address to send it back so sent it to their main company address the I asked about my refund they kept saying they hadn't found it yet but the second time they let it slip that the device was not working but than still said they had not received it. BOGUS COMPANY DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Bought this after having the citronella collar and the vibration collar. This device (and I bought an extra to keep in the car for when we go places) won't be forgotten. After only a couple of days, all I have to do is use it once or twice and then after that if they bark I show it to the girls and the barking stops!
I did not have any satisfaction with this device... DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$ I have attempted to use this device to help with my dog barking at virtually any person walking by our house or visiting.
I got my BarxBuddy pretty quickly and was very excited only to discover that it does not work - at all. The "flashlight" doesn't even work. It came with a battery, which I installed, and nothing happened when I press the button for the light. Then I tried another battery thinking maybe it was just an old battery and --- nothing. I am quarantined and cannot go out to mail it back for the refund. This is just a piece of junk. Don't waste your money on this!
Its a complete waste of money. My 1 year old JRT got so aggressive after this, i had to takr him to a vet. Whats worse, the company never responds to any of ur emails. So now i dont even know how or if at all i can return this. Worst item ive ever bought.
This has no impact on my dog and do not recommend this product. Even withe to dog two feet away it did nothing. If you're looking for a laser to play with dog that's about all it's good for
Not seeing anything different. They don't even appear to hear anything. There is a battery because we see the light but they still do not respond at all..
It worked really well but then broke for no apparent reason. Also, it is way overpriced. You can go to amazon and buy the same thing for far less money. Stay away from the official Barx Buddy site!
I have bought a lot of gadgets but never have I been completely compelled to write a review. Hands down this is the best product I have ever purchased and the price is very low for how amazing it works. I have 2 stubborn girls. Not only does this product fix unwanted barking but it has stopped digging. I also use it to call them to come inside when they procrastinate and don't listen when I call. Best most humane easy to use product. Absolutely amazing how well it works to get there attention. Thank you so much.
My dog no longer goes ballistic when he sees the UPS, FedEx, garbage, and mail men. I only had to activate it twice. Now, all I occasionally have to do is pick it up, and he stops barking. Peace at last!
Was sent something else from china, it wasn't barx stop training aid. What a scam big time! This was supposed to be what police officers use to train K-9s. P O'D literally!
I withdraw my remark about them taking my money. The device eventually arrived. It is well made. I haven't seriously tested it on a dog yet. Fix your communications guys. I see now what the corporate BS "relationship with the customer" means. Had you assured me it was on its way, I wouldn't have spat the dummy..
To begin with, I ordered one and they sent 2 in two different packages. Our dog could have cared less - didn't even respond to the high pitched sound or the red laser light so, I decided to return both. I called and first of all, the customer service rep tried to get me to keep both for a 10% discount. I said no thank you and she didn't stop trying to talk me into keeping them. Then I was told I had to pay the shipping cost back to them - even though one of them I didn't order. She didn't seem to give a rip. I would not recommend them to my dog let along another human. I think their product is a rip off. Look at the latest reviews.
