This is the best deterence for dog barking I've seen yet. I'm going to order another soon... two will eliminate two dogs barking!

Total ripoff. It looked like something my dog would enjoy and he did for the 10 minutes it worked before I had to recharge it. Good for another 10 minutes and during that time, it came apart five times! Tried recharging a third time and it completely stopped working so I returned it. I spent $63.13 which included the warranty, plus I paid an additional $6.15 postage to return it. After several emails, they finally refunded $45.99. When I called them, the representative said they do not refund the warranty. Don't waste your money! It's poorly made and certainly not worth it. It took a month to receive it and close to a another month for the refund. I feel like I've been scammed.

My dog loves the Barxbuddy, however, I have to spend my time looking for the top or moving it from the place it became stuck. With the ball not in motion, the top can be put on relatively easy; turn it on and it's virtually impossible to get it on straight. It gets cross threaded or won't pop down even. When I do finally get it what I think is tightly closed, 5 minutes later my dog has the top off.
My opinion, for the price, it's not worth it!

The training treats are awesome and work well. The BarxBuddy dog barking device is tremendous and has helped my dogs barking. Recommend for everyone to use BarxBuddy website.

After testing this on both many dogs and the neighbour's dog, with no response from any of them, I had the device tested on an ultrasonic detector. It does not produce ANY sound frequencies at all. It does produce a VERY dangerous laser pointer which can blind your dog if you shine it on their eyes. Given you point the device at the animal to use it, this means there is a high probability of hurting your dog. As far as scams go, it is very efficient though. Selling a product that is very clearly identified as "not audible to humans" and adding some flashy lights and a laser pointer makes people think they are getting a product that is working. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

I have 2 dogs, an 80 pound shepherd corgi mix and a 25 pound dachshund corgi mix. They are both extreme barkers and it's embarrassing when we have company. I finally decided to try the Barx Buddy because I felt it was cruel to zap them. I can honestly say I had over a bunch of people for my daughter's bachelorette party and they started barking. I did it once and said "NO" and they stopped. They did it two more times and I repeated the "NO" response. After that they didn't bark the entire evening. I couldn't believe it! My daughter was shocked too! It truly works, no joking! It's worth it to me. It's nice having company without the embarrassment of having the dogs barking constantly!

Dont buy this device. It has ( 0) effect on dogs. Nothing more than a flashlight with a laser point. Maybe your cat will play with it. JUNK JUNK JUNK!

Upon receiving this product I initially was pleased that the battery was included. But then both small tabs holding battery cover in place broke when I opened the compartment. It was just a slide door so not like it was a complicated process. No big deal tho. Fixed with tape. The HUGE issue is my dog's reaction. I received this product about 10 hours ago. He is still hiding behind the couch. No wonder it stops barking and jumping etc., your pet is traumatized. Buy/use this product at your own risk. And at the risk of your pet's well being. This review wants a pic. I threw the product away immediately. I would not give it away,, nor do I care about a refund. I just want my buddy to forget the whole unpleasant experience. And I have to admit I do not know how to attach a delivery confirmation. I am new to the whole iPhone experience.

Received today and clearly my dogs hear nothing. The puppy try's to grap it and chew on it while I have lights on.
They don't flinch or anything.

I bought this, it does nothing. Animals ignore it. It is a scam. Notice, no phone number or address.

I never, and i mean never, leave comments on reviews. Honestly, i often wonder how many are paid or fake ect... I'm sure you are the same! But im telling you right now, get this product yesterday!
I have 4 dogs. All very protective (bark at a neighbor closing his car door... a block away) all very excited to see me (like when i leave forever... to check the mail...) alllll very aware the wind is blowing and i need to be informed of the fact.

If you have yappy dogs driving you bonkers, this will save your life!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! It Doesn't work! It also hurts the dogs ears! They don't tell you that! I discovered that this product uses such a frequency that it actually causes the dogs PAIN! I refuse to use a device that does this. I'll be getting a PROPERLY QUALIFIED DOG TRAINER to help me fro from now on & I'll NEVER use a so called training device ever again!

Tried to sent back within hours of receiving. Company will not respond to numerous emails and calls. The product does not work, and the unit appears to be a knockoff--- no labeling as on website, etc. The company is totally ignoring requests for refund! DO NOT BUY! Reported to American Express and they are also investigating.

I was really putting my faith in this product. I received it yesterday and it worked inside (a few times) and then I took my doggie outside, where it had no effect whatsoever. Of course, outside is where it would be the most helpful. She still barks at everything and everyone. I'm so disappointed.

I had hoped this product might curb my noisy chihuahua from barking at anything and everything. Nope. I can point it right at her and she just keeps barking. Don't waste your money

This does not work, it only made our dog bark more as we used it. We have been trying to contact support to return the product for 3 weeks now with NO RESPONSE. They ignore all emails sent, I suspect to avoid having to return our money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS JUNK. Unless you are looking for an expensive flashlight.

This is a review of the device that barxbuddy claims will INSTANTLY stop your dog from barking. I can and will say with 100% honesty that these claims are false. I am willing to testify under oath that this is not true. Before I received my device I received two emails asking me to review the product, but after reviewing and sending them emails saying how dissatisfied I was with the device they have not contacted me. I am very upset that it does not work and even more upset since I found the same kind of device for only $9.99 at a megastore website. I paid $39.95 for the barxbuddy. Do not and I mean DO NOT waste your time and money on this device.

Quality items but it took ages to deliver. Please speed up the delivery and I might buy again in your website.
