I ordered a Barxbuddy on May 7,2020. The order was billed immediately but did not ship until May 22,2020, at which point tracking info never updated again.
While I understand delays due to the Covid situation, it is now July 14,2020 and I still have not received my order. I keep getting canned replies when I inquire with their customer service department. Is this product/site a scam?

If I was you I wouldn't bother with this device cuz it doesn't even work, Lexi made my dogs bark more. And then when you want to return it good luck getting all your money back, they ripped me for twenty bucks I'll do it to you too. Like I Said,, STAY AWAY!
I have a miniature schnauzer that is perfect in every way except she barked constantly when someone would come in our door for or pull into our driveway. Nothing would stop her. We tried everything that we knew of but to no avail. I saw barx buddy advertised and thought I would make one last effort. She is 9 years old and has had this bad habit from birth I guess. I ordered barx buddy and was surprised how quickly it arrived. Read the instructions and decided to use it. It only took 3 times before she stopped barking. I was in total shock. It has been 4 weeks and there has been absolutely no barking. We are very happy with this product. I would recommend this to anyone with a doggie problem...
Hi I purchased Barx Buddy last month. It did not give me free shipping or the 10 dollar discount for first time users. Then I called them and they refunded me the 10 dollar.
I have a 6 month old Boxer pup who barks too much and jump at people. When I used Barx buddy on him nothing happened. No change in his behavior. Going to return. -Nilu
I ordered the Barkbuddy 7 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, when I emailed I was told the long delivery was due to the Corona virus, its a joke because other riders from amazon usually comes within a week. Finally got a shipping and It has only been sent today! I wouldn't order from them again
I had my barx buddy for about 3 weeks and the light quit working. Changed batteries and it still doesn't work. I feel like I have been scammed!
I purchased a BarxBuddy and am not able to close the battery door so am not able to use the product. I alerted the company of this problem and they have refused to replace it or do anything else to fix it. Do not buy this product. There are other companies that sell similar products. I don't know how well their "bark buddy's" work but it can't be worse than a BarxBuddy. I tried to add a photo but this page would not let me attach it.
I called company about my barxbuddy and told them it stopped working they told me it's beyond 30 days nothing they can do. I only had it for 5-6 weeks and it took 6 weeks to receive it. This is a terrible way to do business that's why I try not to buy online.
I recently got an MRI and it was found that i had damage to my frontal lobe. Nothing too serious but it negatively affects my daily life. My mother purchased this because of the neighbors dogs. When she clicked the button the first time i screamed in pain and had to lay down on the floor, it felt like someone was piercing my eardrums and my brain, i had a terrible headache the rest of the night and i cried from the pain for an hour. This product is unsafe and i would not recommend purchasing it, especially because you can't know how it actually affects the animals or people around you, and what happened to me could happen to others.
Not sure about your company, return or unhappy procedure, adding too many extra's when all i wanted was one thing. Your no thank you too SMALL and hard to find. You are totally in your interest and not your potential customers.

Used this on my excessive barking which does not work as describes. Need help on my last robe. Number rating at zero. Have tried other products and nothing helped. Saw your ad on face book and hoped for the best but once again was disapointed.
I recently bought the bar buddy & am happy with it. However, my dog reacts severely when the light is on, & I can't seem to turn the light off. Is this a defect in my unit? How can I turn the light off?
This thing is a joke. My dog just keeps on barking. Doesn't seem to bother her at all. I have been using it for a month.

Had no problems with buying. It even arrived two days ahead of estimated arrival.
However, the very first time I used this on my dog, he attacked me. He's never attacked me for any reason before.
I will never recommend this or anything like it to anyone. Period.

I ordered a Barxbuddy in April and have still not received it. Every time i have tried to contact them i get an email saying that the site is wrong or doesn't exist. Do not buy this product...
Both of our dogs completely freaked out after ONE use. It's now been four days since I first tried it out. One of them continues to be untrusting, panting, and acting very different than she normally does.
Forty five minutes after I tried out the product my kids came in through our back gate, as they normally would, and both of our dogs bolted out, running down the street. This is far from normal behavior for them. We were terrified knowing that we were facing an unsafe scary situation that was utterly out of our control. We live near a busy street and they would run into without hesitation. Thankfully they were able to be captured in a gated front yard two blocks away. The next day one of them bolted again when we went out the back gate. We used to be able to leave our gate open if we were grabbing something from a car, or gardening out front and they would stand there. Not any more. We now have to be sure they are inside if someone is coming or going through our outdoor gate. They have to be held or put behind a barrier if we answer our front door in fear that they will run out.
I purchased a BarxBuddy. I have a small dog and he barks continually He barks at everything that moves and everything that doesn't move. I thought this would be a life changing item. I got the thing and tried using it over and over. It never worked even once I had to get my money back or put a dispute on my card. They refunded my money but didn't even want the piece of junk back. I will gladly sell it to someone for $2.00.
I bought 2 I tried it on 7 dogs so far some barked even more at it growled others worked first 2 times after that useless other dogs did nothing so save your money dosent work wasted my money I also have 2 two month old puppies didnt work either
