Can I sue this place!? It's not even a business they scammed me 800 dollars. I'm so upset, because of these $#*!ers I don't trust any other company because places like you are the reason why I usually do this but the one time I do I get scammed 800 dollars.! I can't pay my rent so I have to work overtime all because I thought I could start something great. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES DONT TRUST THIS PLACE THERE EVIL.
And they reply you guys can go to hell.

Bark.com are thieves - they offer you a sample to get your card details then start helping themselves to your money. Does anyone know how to get your money back when this happens any advice on this would be appreciated

I would be very wary using this service as a tradesperson. I have bought a number of leads which stated that only 1 person had bought the lead only to find that when I called they had already had numerous calls from tradesmen directed to them by bark. I was also offered a free trial of elite pro. Yet when I tried to cancel it was almost impossible. Charged for months before my bank eventually stopped them. Very unscrupulous selling methods. I could not recommend this company at all and would recommend tradespeople use a more reputable platform.

I am not impressed with Bark's customer return policy. They tell you they refund the credits if the information is incorrect. I managed to get this back once but for customers who don't answer the phone for which there are LOADS, despite them supposedly wanting me to contact them, they won't refund. I think they need to check their leads properly as businesses will lose faith in them! How is it possible for me to ring someone 30 mins after they asked me to contact them and their phone is switched off for seven days? If that isn't a fake or scam number then I don't know what is!

Don't waste your money
June 22, 2021

I started their subscription in hope that it will work but this is insane, There are lot of fake leads and I escalated many times but they didn't do anything but you will waste lot of money due to this while their customer service is really bad they have rude behaviour. I will recommend all don't waste your money and due to lot of fake leads I have gut feelings that they are maybe part of this, because they are not even resolving this issue.

Poor form
June 20, 2021

I have been using Bark for well over 12 months. The site and concept is good and easy enough to use and you do get the occasional lead out of it but if your not the first one to buy the lead (and multiple people buy the same lead) you basically lose out to whoever called first, and when you look at how much you spend to get 1 lead it's just not work it. I have spent 1000's but have only converted a couple of clients. I was okay with this until I did the numbers. I spent $10k on geotargeted marketing between June & September 2020 and I got 350 leads and 1 10% conversation from them and made a stack more. In addition to this (and this is my major gripe with this site) is that they signed me up t a free trial that I didn't even know about then started debiting my card for $109 per month. Its now been over 5 months since I requested it to stop and be refunded and they can't give me a satisfactory response. The $109 done nothing for the quality of the leads, contact or outcome and it was basically for absolutely nothing whilst on the page I went to it says its a 70% better uptake. Don't waste your time and money. Find a good marketing company and stick what actually works.

They got me in touch with the right people who where keen to price and do the job needed. Their list of tradesman was not small or huge so finding one was not too long a process.

Everything is wrong with Bark. Junk leads (many people who are not looking for the service I offer, are asking for leads, why?) bad service, extremely expensive, Elite Pro does not work, I actually got fewer leads after joining Elite Pro than I did before! Elite Pro was also very expensive. Bark has definitely hindered my businesses performance and I do not recommend them. They promise promise promise but don't deliver.

Please don't try and contact me. I will not respond. I am past the point of you trying to resolve this issue. I have already voiced my concerns with your company directly over email.

As a new startup, I am new to these types of companies I offer Life coaching. The company delivers with leads in an endless stream of leads. What they don't say we do not screen who posts as a customer. I saw one lead the contact number so Bogus 555-5555 they went even creative about it. The problem is you have to buy the lead to see the number. Some of the leads you get say the number is verified. I have seen a lot of poor reviews posted. They continue to charge your card to top your credits without asking or informing you. They offer a hiring guarantee " get hired in x or your credits back" I was sent 147 leads in one day. Because I don't have trust in what I might be buying I can't trust the lead no trust in the company so I don't buy it. Where is my ROI? Spend 133.00 cad for 80 credit tokens. Only to find out the Lead is completely Bogus. Bark needs to clean up their screening. I feel like I'm wasting my time doing what I am paying them to do. Protecting the consumer and the vendor. I am very dissatisfied overall.

BARK IS A SCAM

Do NOT use these people. They lie, the leads are mostly fake. When there is a real client, they make the process too easy for them so they never actually turn into any genuine leads and they just seem to close their accounts. Funny that. Definitely a scam. And arrogant unhelpful staff. They also lie about refunding your credits if you don't secure work. No transparency and fake leads. Be warned!

Bark.com are a scam service. They have an automated system that searches the web for people looking for professional services, and then they sell the contact information of that person without having anything at all to do with them. They also hire people to create fake leads that no one will answer or pick up on, or someone will answer and then conveniently decline at the last minute.

Avoid bark.com they are a scam service. There is a facebook group with more complaints about their business practices. It's called bark.com scam.

The leads are very low quality, so you simply waste your money trying to contact them. When the leads prove to be low value and you request a refund, they DO NOT refund you your money back. Bark.com is a scam and do not care about your success.

Chest of drawers

The gentleman that come to do my chest of drawers was really nice didn't take him long to do my drawers I thought he was going to take longer. Was very professional brought his own tools and even left all the cardboard in one corner for me. Was on time. I would book him again for sure was worth the money.

This scam.com is a jump up with wierd promise of tokens but nothing concrete, beware just warning otherd.
I wrote them a complaint of no servoice, they took over a day to get abck with nothing
