I truly thought this was a respectable business helping professionals like myself to gain new clients. After spending $144.00 I contacted Bark and advised them after 7 days I had NOT 1 hit and wanted them to honor their money back guarantee. To my surprise they DO NOT credit back your funds but the credits you purchased and a well written speech to motivate you not to give up. Then magically I started getting hits, which I had to pay for in order to respond to the request. So clients pays to send a message and I have to pay to respond. Wow didn't read that in the small print.
$480.00 later I have had numerous inquires, and decided to change my approach for those clients requesting I contact them. I called 3 out of the 67 or so leads I purchased and was told they never requested for me to contact them and please remove their number from my list. WHAT? I am not a telemarketer. I offer Bookkeeping & Tax Prep Services. 1 Month later and still NOT 1 new customer or client. I truly feel like a fool and fell for this Poncey Scheme.
PLEASE PROFESSIONALS DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE before spending your hard earned money trying to grow your business with Bark...

We had our house cleaned by one of the bark cleaning ladies. She didn't speak English but that's OK we used an interpreter application. She did a thorough job and we were extremely pleased. Looking forward to her coming back next week, not enough stars

100% Scam
August 7, 2021

I did a free 30 day trial and realized a few days in that this was a scam. I requested to stop the trial and not to be charged (they take your credit card).
They never canceled. After a year of being charged and not using their services I requested again yo cancel and receive a refund. They said I never confirmed a cancellation so they would cancel but not give me a refund. When I said my email that clearly stated I wanted to cancel but not be charged was my confirmation they said I have to reply to their confirmation. This is the shadiest company I have ever come in contact with. DO NOT SIGN UP!

Bark.com claims they havenot recieved complains email after 10 emails have been sent."Money deducted from my account without my permission. This is a scam. Avoid at cost
When i complained that i suspected the leads were fake, Bark.com sent me an email that all the 33 leads they sold to me have closed their account however no refunds. What a surprise, will the same leads be sold to some unsuspecting tutors.
Is it not surprising that 33 leads decided to all close their accounts on the 3rd July 2021 after my complaints.

I had a really bad experience with Bark. I was scammed over 4k by one of their leads and they were really unhelpful about that. They said they'll return the credits used for that lead but they never did. I was extremely unimpressed with their customer service. Keep away!

Your system is very low quality I am paying a lot of money to contact customers but customers opening a ad-free and they can send me message free so I paid more than 200£for contact people but this person not serious for develop mobile app. I try to contact more than 7 people anybody didn't reply me anything. If I know this system I can not pay money your system. It some kind of fraud.

It is a very bad thing because the customers can open ads free so very low-quality jobs inside your system. I reminded some people blocked my phone number because they open an ad for a try. They are not serious. So probably I lost more than 200£ for nothing.

Also, You are not deleting your payment card on the system.

I have used a company called P J Building to change my fence, they have replaced my fence with a cracked one.
The guy said he was going to change it, I kept chancing them and I received this answer "put woodfill on cracks and all ready to paint". I have paid for a new fence and received a cracked one. Do not trust this guys if they did not finish the job and said they will come to repair DO NOT TRUST.

NOT THE BEST FIT FOR ALL BUSINESSES
July 9, 2021

We selected bark as an outsource leads service because of the free account and the free trial offer. Once our free account was set up we found that to reach out to leads, you had to buy credits, which was fair. However, the cost was astronomical! It will cost you over $200 to get only 180 credits. This platform is a gamble where the house always wins. The leads are not actual leads; many leads were not legit. Meaning we would call, text, and email these potential leads and get no reply. If you are a smaller company, this will not be the best fit for your business. This platform requires constant time and resources. I can grantee your money will be best spent else where.
