Scam!

Deep disappointment with the level of customer service provided by Bark. My recent interactions with your customer service agents have been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

During my attempts to seek assistance and resolve issues, I encountered multiple instances of rudeness, unfriendliness, and an overall lack of professionalism. The customer service agents I spoke with were unhelpful, failed to address my concerns adequately, and displayed a complete absence of basic manners and courtesy.

The primary reason for my engagement with Bark was to generate leads and promote my business. However, the terrible experience I've had with your customer service has resulted in not only a significant financial loss but also a severe setback in achieving my business goals. I was left with no viable leads and no real business generation despite my investment.

As a paying customer, I expected a much higher level of service and support. Instead, I have been met with a disheartening and frustrating experience that has left me deeply dissatisfied. This is not the standard of service that I anticipated or deserve.

Please do not use this company they are total fraud. Take your money and not willing to pay back for scams they advertise on their site. No contracts only people looking for jobs.

Total waste of time

Do not buy any credits from here. I bought credits the number rang and no once answered the call for two days. Bark considers that as a lead. You will waste your time and money. Very rude customer service aswell. Doesn't want to know

We used Bark to hire a DJ, Sammy Franklyn. He turned out to be a fraud, took our money, and did not provide us with a service. Bark does not vet the professionals on their platform, nor do they take any responsibility or provide us with information about the fraudster so that we can take him to court. You would be better off just doing a Google search and hiring than using the Bark platform.

Got a roofer name LEE COATES, I paid him £700 to replace the felt, brick work and gutters on my flat roof and all he did was put Roof Resin on my roof, NOTHING ELSE.
My roof is left in puddles due to the resin over old FELT. Am so disappointed in his work, all he did was rip me off. Don't use this man under any circumstance, he seem to know what he is doing BUT ITS A CON, he will pretend to be religious and a decent person but it's part of the CON he is a thief.

HE NEVER DID THE FELT OR BRICK WORK

Stay away from this site go to trust a trader who verified their tradesmen.

On 6 Jun 2023, my account (*******@coldblud.com) was suddenly deleted by an employee named Mart*n without prior notice, causing a loss of my funds and purchased leads. This has greatly hindered my business. Seeking clarification, I called Bark.com's customer service the same day. To my dismay, a male representative was rude and hung up on me without listening to my concerns.

This entire experience has made me question Bark.com's reliability and professionalism. I urge Bark.com to investigate Mart*n's actions and the customer service representative's behavior. It's vital for my account to be reinstated, and for my lost funds and leads to be restored. I hope Bark.com values its customers enough to address this swiftly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

I scheduled a home deep cleaning for today 08/31/2023 at 9:30am.At 8:30 I received a text asking if I still wanted a cleaning today. I text yes,please. She text back asking for 10:10 am. I text okay for this one time but we agreed for 9:30 AM She text saying She was waiting on my address. I'm never received that text. I text her
My address, phone # directions and asked what form or payment she wanted. Shortly she text back saying she had to cancel to find someone else. I text asking if we could reschedule? No reply. I text never mind.
This service is inexcusable and unreliable. I will not give my recommendation. Very poor service.I will never try toudetjem again.

I have communicated with Bark.com about unlicensed Private Investigators advertising on their site. And they responded it is not their job to do so. Private Investigators get private information from their clients, like date of births, address, name, ss numbers etc. an unlicensed Investigator could be a scammer trying to get your info. Bark.com is not responsible if this happens, but they allow ANYONE to advertise they are a Private Investigator. See video below about unlicensed IPrivate nvedtigators.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I was called by Elite property maintance regarding my gutters leaking, they said they would do the job for £100, as I was at work they said they could do it in my absence as it was the front of house i didn't need to be there, they took a picture of the front door as proof of them being at the property however, did no work at all, the gutter is leaking just as before no work was carried out, I transferred £100 via my bank as i thought they had completed the job only to find out they had scammed me, I called them they said they would bet me my £100 they had stolen that they would not be removed from the Bark platform they continue to be on the Bark platform and are scamming people, Bark have done nothing about it, and say they do not need to remove them off there platform

They misled me - I paid $80 and I got one lead! Their policy is NO REFUNDS no way cancel and get back a partial refund - just a middle finger from the person I talked to

We tried to set up screen time for Apple phone, since it was giving error each time we tried we tried to contact customer support but were not able to reach them.
We did not use there service but they still charged us twice.
There is no proper information about their service. It seems the basic service they offer only works on the devices like laptop, it does not work on phones. For the phone you have to go for upgrade which they charge separately. This information was not clearly mentioned when we opened the account.

Complete scam

I have been using bark to try and find jobs for my cleaning company I spent 150 for 80 credits all of my credits went to waste because every lead I messaged posted a fake ad because they are the one looking for the job the site is fake I tried to get my money back they would not refund me. Don't waste your time!

This is company is a scam. The clients do not hire, and their customer support is rude and unprepared.
I bought 85 dollars in credit and I was not satisfied with the service.
They not only did not refund me but they closed my account.
I am very frustrated with this app.

For those saying this is an illegitimate site, they either suck at marketing, or their business sucks, or both. This site DOES generate work and income. I have done fairly well. However, my issue has always been how they don't make it clear that we pay to communicate with clients. People sign up who aren't serious. If you are aware of how to work the system, you may call or e-mail to ask for credits to be returned, which usually works out, if you are honestly inquiring. However, sometimes their agents are bringing their baggage with them. You can hear their disdain on the other line.I had a lead from someone I called that jjst wanted to rent microphones, and they seemed like they were on drugs. I told them I don't rent out my gear and called customer service to get a refund. I had an agent tell me something that didn't make sense. He said the customer is still seeking the service and to call him in a half hour. I asked, "Did he specifically ask for me to call him back?", which was different than what he was telling me, and he just kept repeating the answer as if he had no concern for this stupid American on the other line. I tried to ask multiple times and he kept repeating himself. It escalated to the point of yelling, me asking if he was a robot, and he kept saying he was going to have to terminate the call. I am now banned because their communication sucks. Oh well...blessing in disguise. No more spending 70 dollars to ask 5 non-serious people if they need a DJ, only to be refunded for 2 or 3 of them and try again with a 50/50 shot of getting a gig. So, all in all, at 70 dollars a pop, and a 50/50 chance of getting a gig, I'd say you spend 140 dollars to surely get one gig and charge 4 or 5 hundred dollars. Maybe if you are lucky, you will get 2 or 3. Not worth it when it's just one or two for 140 dollars. $#*! this company and their money-grubbing ways of not informing the clients on how it works so their customers, us, are happily spending credits on serious inquiries. Two stars because some of the agents are gems amongst people and I still made money, it's not illegitimate, just seriously lacks integrity.

Expensive credits in nothing but fake leads

90% of the time the leads that pop up in your feed are fake. And at least in my area there's very little leads to go around so when you see a few in there It does encourage you to top up on your credits only to find out that 90% of them are fake and when you talk to customer service regarding the fake leads they will only issue you with more credits that could sit there unused for more than six months they will not issue any cash refunds because they know their website is trash and refuse to do better screening. Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional.
