The two banners I've had Banner Buzz do look just like the artwork I sent. They followed my directions and put the grommets exactly where I wanted them. The vinyl is substantial and I am sure will last a long time.

When the sample was first sent to me, I was looking at issues like pixelation of lines. There weren't any, so I thought all was good. From the online image I was sent, it looked like they used red, not orange. So, I said I was happy with the sample and for them to proceed. When the flags came to me, they were more orange than red. I tried to plead my case, saying I'd be happy to send these flags back for red ones, but I was told that I signed off on the sample, and they weren't going to help me. I run a business too, and I can't be hard-nosed like that with my clients or I'll go out of business quickly. I would hope that BannerBuzz would feel the same way.

Expect a several day to week delay in between your design approval and shipping. I always approved or gave feedback to the design within an hour of it landing in my inbox. Banner Buzz took 2-7 days in between their edits. Then after I approved everything, it took several more weeks to ship. Banner Buzz used to be efficient, fast, and quality. I have referred friends to them. Unfortunately, we are all now looking elsewhere for our marketing products because we have all had equally poor experiences.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
