Cloth fit the dimensions of the table exactly; images were not pixelated - very easy to read... color was deeply pigmented bottom of cloth had "feet" for every table corner shipment came on time / as scheduled (just in time for me to fly out to use it at a conference)... super reliable!

After placing my order and being given a delivery date, I subsequently received notice that the shipment would be coming a week later. This prevented me from using the cards I ordered at an event.
A percentage of the cards were mis-scored and were not able to be used. The printing quality and the photo reproduction on the card were excellent.

Didn't receive on time and when I receive it, it was without the frame!

I had to beg for a template. I asked at least 6 times via email and the chat window. Never got one until I submitted my artwork which obviously was the wrong size - then I was give a template. Your portal does not a workable space to re-upload correct images. I had to email in 4 different emails and I had to call multiple times to make sure the images were received and being worked on. I made it very clear we need by May 16, that date came and went and we were never told about the delay. At least not until I complained. And the answer was that the ticket was 'escalated' and I should have by this monday, but I have not received a guarantee we will receive the products. Very frustrating experience. And again, if we do not have by this coming Monday, we do not need and need a refund for the product I started ordering almost month ago.

Banner Buzz was unable to update my billing address to match our tax exempt paperwork so I had to cancel the order and start over, delaying our order production. Once I corrected the billing address, Banner Buzz would still not accept our tax exempt paperwork though I used the company info originally given to me by Banner Buzz support staff with my original order. I placed the order without tax exemption in hopes of getting our flag on time and am still working to get my tax exemption through retroactively.

You guys missed the deadline of when I needed the banner. It is going on 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. Also contacting support they gave me contradicted answers. It does not seem that anyone knows or can find out any information. I also paid for priority shipping, Now the customer service is telling me it shipped a couple of days ago and has a delivery date of 5/23 with is another 3 days away despite the fact that I paid for fast shipping. I will never order from you again.

Called, the person gave wrong info. Took chance and ordered anyway after much investigation Quality and price were good. I was left in dark after paying with no notification about a proof. A proof did arrive and everything ended up ok, but process and procedures are weak. Too bad.

Not only was this order severely delayed due to issues on BannerBuzz's end, but when it arrived, it was crinkled up in a box with no wrapping, packaging material, or anything. When I was finally able to unroll it, it was severely creased with deep wrinkles that we haven't been able to get out and our event is tonight. Customer service took entirely too long to respond between messages.

I needed a couple of banners for a customer event. I sent the design over and the individual images were pixelated. BannerBuzz fixed the images quickly and had the banners shipped to Vegas in time. Excellent experience.

I used another vendor for custom table cloth printing, but they only allow printing within a set margin. I didn't realized we could have printing from corner to corner, edge to edge, till I found out about BannerBuzz.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
