Customer service was evasive when I inquired as to where the product would be made & ship from but even after placing the order & finding out it was all being done in India, it didn't really have an impact on the price, quality or delivery.

Hard to edit wasn't as user friendly as I wished... Loved the choices and had fun designing
After many attempts contacting Banner Buzz to actually speak to someone doing the placing of logos on the canvas, I choose to cancel the order and go with another company. With that other company, I spoke with the person placing the logo and background on the banner and within 15 minutes, everything was finalized and ordered. Cost was a little higher and completely worth it. The graphics were not low resolution and was exactly what I had envisioned.

Easy to use and great customer service.
Communication was challenging, and items arrived significantly later than needed, missing key event deadlines. There were ongoing issues with processing our tax-exempt status despite multiple attempts to resolve it. We also had to pay costs for expedited shipping event thou the items didn't arrive as expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this vendor.

They didn't even give me a tracking number. They had tracking through the order page that ONLY showed the package moving within the US. It got stuck in customs and I was confused bc how is something that is seemingly shipping within the states going through customs? I had to contact customer support and they sent me detailed tracking info, but that was it. Package was stuck for nearly a week, until I finally called and they got it moving. The quality was good, but I will NEVER recommend them due to the complete lack of customer support, and the fraudulent appearance of being US based.

I highly recommend this company! This was my first time using this company, or ordering a banner in general, but the process was so easy and fast for the great quality banner I received. My banner was stuck in Memphis a day AFTER I was supposed to receive it (and 2 days before I needed it) and I called and they quickly managed to get a hold of the shipping company, and somehow within the hour I got an email saying it was shipped off and I received it the next day! I paid for expedited shipping which required a signature upon delivery. I contacted FedEx to remove the signature requirement, but they refused. Since I was at work and not home to sign, I left a note asking them to leave the package, but they didn't. As a result, we didn't have the item for the gala. I had to ship it to another address because the FedEx store was two hours away, and now we're stuck with a large box that won't be used after paying 100+

I've ordered 2 large vertical banners in a 6 month period. Both times I could not get the file which is only 40 mgs uploaded to your site. I would try the same file on other banner sites and they would upload with no problem. Then I would send a dropbox link and it would delay my order because it would take days for them to tell me they couldn't access that either. Finally, after multiple conversations on the phone with customer service, I would be sent a link to upload the file. Why can't you just do this at the beginning? You know that we have trouble loading to your site because every Customer Service rep I spoke to said this is a common problem. Please fix this! A simple message on your website saying "If you have trouble uploading your file, contact us for a link" would suffice.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
