I struggle with the site sometimes to get the order in a way that makes sense. Not always intuitive. But I got it, and that's what matters.
Initially when I ordered I gave a negative review because there was an error with the printing. The logo was slightly bottom heavy which to most wouldn't matter, but the organization i work for is quite particular. But when I reached out the team were helpful and were willing to re-print at no extra charge. They were very responsive and cooperative and I was impressed by the turn around and customer service. I have yet to get the new re-prints but hopefully they look good!

I was so excited for the banners I ordered for a work event. I paid for priority shipping to insure I'd receive the banners in plenty of time. However, the tracking number led to a page that said "no info available." The packages were delayed - my prioroty shipping was not honored. Then the packages never arrived. I reached out to contact support, and I received a nice message but it was not helpful. I'm disappointed with my experience, and I request a full refund.

I spent 48 minutes on the phone to ensure that my order was correct since I was paying A LOT extra for expedited shipping. I also responded to the proof that I did not want the random "Klarna" banner their art department created. As you can see in the order screenshot, I ordered 2 banners with my company logo and text. They sent me one correct banner and one "Klarna" banner. I tried to call customer service to get this straightened out today but was told they could not help me and I had to open a ticket online. Super unhelpful customer service with poor English comprehension. Their website GUI is terrible and the design page has many issues. Save yourself the headache and order from someone else.

I needed to re-create my banner twice because your website hung and lost my design. You also need to push the klarna pop up to the back or make the close button easier to recognize because users can not click on the Edit button if they need to change their design. Your website GUI needs a little work.
Just that. Never received anything. Paid $431 and never received anything except when I asked where our items are they sent me a completion date of 6/19 which I had a delivery date needed of 6/4. BannerBuzz promised delivery before my event — and failed to deliver. After the banner didn't arrive, I was told there was a "disclaimer" and an icon that supposedly clarified the delivery wasn't guaranteed. I double-checked — no such icon or message was visible. I waived the proofing to help speed things up, and instead ended up at my event with no banner to display. When I called to express my frustration, neither the rep nor the supervisor took accountability or offered any real solution. The lack of ownership and customer care was staggering. Bottom line: I'll never order from BannerBuzz again. The service is terrible, the support is dismissive, and their process is full of false promises. Buyer beware.

Got a note saying order will arrive on May 29th. We left for our conference on May 30 and the banner arrived on June 3. It's still in the box and will go to the trash unopened. Total waste of money.

Purchased priority shipping and have yet to receive my product. Completely missed the project deadline because of this and now they will not respond to requests for a refund.

We ordered a 8/2.5 ft double sided banner with a pole pocket at the top and we also wanted 4 gromments, Got the pole pocket but no grommets. Other that that, the banner production was fine and we got it on time.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
