We tried using Bannerbuzz where I work. We were on a tight deadline and hoping they would pull through. Not only did they not pull through for us, they charged our card and never sent anything out (as in it wasn't even lost in transit, nothing was ever sent) - To add insult to injury, they also seem to have lost the order details completely and won't refund the money.
Getting in contact with them to resolve the issue was near impossible - we got told that someone from their billing team would be in touch four times. We still haven't heard back from them.
Definitely avoid Bannerbuzz.

I have never seen a worse quality coming from someone who claims to do graphic design.
I am quite shocked how did orher people here have good experience.
After I haven't approved the terrible design, they have made me call them 10 times, each time promising refund and then after we hang up- I receive completely, but completely contradictory emails.
They keep sending me some alleged print proves to be approved but when I click on "review" the screen comes up "you are not authorised to see this page ( attached)
Never again, to be avoided!

Easy & helpful website & incredible prices... the products came yesterday & the quality & colour is really impressive... I recently ordered a pack of bookmarks. What I received were a pack of business card size "bookmarks". It was my fault as I didn't check the dimensions, but the image provided on the website is in the scale of a bookmark (misleading), and what "bookmark" is business card in size? Whilst the company was good in advising me about how my end image would turn out. The image example they provided me was again, in bookmark scale so this feedback was totally useless to me when my end product was not what I expected, nor what the example image depicted, namely a bookmark and NOT a business card. I can't provide them as bookmarks to anyone and fail to see how the product can be advertised (and depicted!) as such. If ordering these "bookmarks", don't rely on the bookmark size/scale image on the website but on the actual dimensions. A silly mistake that I'll never make again. I won't be using these, nor will I be ordering them again.

Very good online design tool. However, template provided doesn't align right with the online design tool. Perhaps add a layer showing the safe margins when applying the design. Also, AI and EPS file are showing when uploaded, however, PDF file doesn't appear for some reason.
I ordred a sign and chose the size of the plate 300 X 460... I typed what I wanted to appear in the sign. I paid. And I patiently waited for the sign to arrive - it took ages, but fair enough. When it arived it was basically a piece of cheap alumium 300 x 460 with a black sticker covering it, and on top of the black sticker another sticker with my sign, measuring 170 X 270. Seemed odd, so I asked for it to be re-done or refunded. And the answer was no care, appartently I did not use 'their' design tool correctly. So I asked why no one with any 'common sense' would at the very least query the order via a simple email? Anyhow lesson learnt, dont deal with an online company like this, it is better to go to a local print shop - BTW, the quality is cheap and nasty, nothing like a street sign.

Answer: Yes, they are. They try and beat other companies on price, but then send shoddy products and tell you they will fix it with a repeat purchase at a discount
