Great communications with call centre - 7 banners ordered - art work was checked and approved by them prior to confirming order (which is great) - items arrived in good shape folded then rolled into cardboard tubes. Quality great for our use inside a pavilion. The only issue we had to address was removing the deep creases prior to hanging them at the event. Purchased 2 irons to lightly press over a damp piece of material, then cool with the hairdryer. 5 hours later! They looked great to hang. Not sure if there is a way to roll these for shipment? We will be ordering more this year.

I made an order with Banner Buzz as they had promised to deliver by a certain date. I had to pay extra in shipping as well.
As soon as I paid, I was told I wouldn't get the delivery when I wanted it, and that they would also not refund the money that I had paid.
They also claimed that they had made them before I cancelled which can't be true as I hadn't approved the designs unless I had a commitment for the delivery date….

We would like to make it clear that delivery times depend on the artwork's approval. In this instance, we sent the artwork for your order on January 4 and got your approval on January 7. Unfortunately, this late approval has caused a delay in the delivery date.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that the additional cost you paid was for the white ink option that our designer recommended to make your artwork more solid and bright. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you at the time of your order.
By the time we received your email, the order had already been sent and printed. At this moment, we can only offer delivery on January 17 and a shipping refund.
We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication regarding the delivery date and the added fee for the white ink option. We will review our processes to ensure that similar problems do not occur in the future.

Twice I have used Banner Buzz & twice I have been ripped off! Warning bad company & bad customer service.
1st item paid for took 2 months to receive. Thought I'd give them another chance & this time paid express post, arrived okay but completely wrong size to what I ordered, ripped off as paid for large got small. Not happy, asked for refund or for them to sent the item that I paid for but nope, no help! RIPP OFF DO NOT USE!

According to our records, we found that the artwork you sent is vertical, while the size you ordered was 91 w x 61 h, which is horizontal. Whenever possible within the ordered canvas size, we always stretch the artwork proportionate to its width or height. The same thing happened with your order; we adhered to the specified canvas size, but we used artwork proportions that left blank spaces to the right and left of your art, which is displayed while we send you a proof for approval.
We acknowledge that you might not have been pleased with the solution our team proposed. There is always an exception, though, that we ought to take into account. We have provided the best practical solution we could think of in response to your email, and we would appreciate it if you would accept it and let us know how we should proceed.
There was a 20% discount offered when you buy the first time. I didn't got the 20% off. Disappointing, won't recommend it after this deal.

Slight delay on the shipping but that was our local carriers issue but still arrived in the time I needed it. The product turned out better than I expected. Very happy to recommend.
