Couldn't quite work out how to change all of the text, but the option to write what I'd like was extremely appreciated, when our flag got here it was perfect. The chance to see it before it was printed was great

Helpful, professional staff. Thorough service; they double check your design if they need to make the slightest change to ensure customer satisfaction. Very happy with my product. It looks fantastic when I Zoom in my dining room now - almost like having an office!
I placed an order for a banner, which arrived in the wrong colour. Out of good faith we reordered and the banner, with promises it would arrive on the 4th of May - paying extra to ensure it would. Since then, I have been hung up on, spoken poorly to, and my order has been dragged out with now being told it will arrive on the 11th of May. They have stolen money from my business, as they have not provided on the service paid for. I could not be more disgusted with Banner Buzz. Despite the website saying they are an Australian business, they are an Indian business - so have lied about location.

Started well, but then emailed to say that they could not produce the items I asked for.
I replied to an email asking for confirmation of artwork and asked them to please cancel the order and arrange a refund.
I also tried to email and phone separately.
I have not heard anything since.

All good so far. Product was as we expected and meets our needs
IT WAS EASY BUT WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT A DESIGN COPY ABILITY WOULD OF MADE MY VISIT EASIER.
I NEEDED TWO SAME SIGNS AND ONLY NEEDED TO CHANGE THE COST. AS I AM NOT A GURU WAS TIME CONSUMING.
This order took over 45 minutes just to process. The paypal wouldn't work. The autobot is too busy to answer questions. I had to ring twice to get information and also to check that I had not been double or triple charged due to the slow processing of payment and having to go backwards and forwards trying to pay for the order.

This company is not ethical or honest. They will sell you something with a fault and then when it comes time to fix it, offer a discount on a repeat purchase. They dont honour their customer satisfaction guarantees at all

Quality is so so. Colour has started coming off already, yet it's supposed to be an outdoor sticker product.
