Great value and quality product
There was definitely a language barrier to start with when speaking to people on the phone the bot conversation was good on the surface but having to restart the whole story again was annoying each time.

A bit nervous regarding delivery. The person on Chat did not help much. All I got was copy/paste answers. I was happy to pay for priority delivery to get the goods when I needed them. On order, the priority delivery was to get the goods here on 20th May. Free standard delivery date was 27th May. Next day I get a text from FedEx saying delivery would be made on 27th May.
So I paid for nothing!
Banner Buzz have agreed to refund the fee paid for priority delivery after some pretty strange emails from them.
The goods came from India so could never have been here by 20th. Not happy!
Difficult to move the text box when designing your item. The colours of both the magnets and text are very vast. Overall a top experience.
Difficult to move the text box on item. Didn't try any others. I chose Bannerbuzz because nowhere else had reflective vehicle magnets.
It has been easy to order my products. The products came with out hassle and the products look amazing and very professional.

Becide that prudact high quality
Got some sticker printed with them. One of the colour was poor quality and was faded and also coming off. It took about 10 emails back and forth for them to agree one panel, cream. Finally gave up as I wanted atleast to replace all the creams and didn't wanted to waste more of my time.
It is cheap and cheaper quality.

I ordered clear vinyls for my windows and they sent opaque white vinyl. They have refused to refund the product and are using every excuse under the sun to validate why they mucked up

Tried to order a trading card to see the quality. A proof was sent to me to approve. The problem is the website is so badly designed, I didn't notice the proof was even sent to me! After I discovered it, I decided to make some changes on the design. They sent back a proof with the version of the design that wasn't updated. I decided to talk with a representative on the website live chat and it was an awful experience. I tried another rep, same experience and the design was unchanged. Spoke with a third rep who appeared to be helpful, but after I thought the changes were finally made, a message was sent to my email address saying that my order was escalated. What?! I responded advising that I didn't need my order escalated and that I had already explained to the last representative what I needed changed. It didn't help, they have continued to escalate my issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are absolutely TERRIBLE to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
I'm not an experienced buyer of green screens so I was disappointed when the screen turned up with no tripod stand. I also find it impossible to refold and return to its carry bag. I've watched multiple 'how to' videos to no avail as they all make it look like a very easy thing to do. It isn't that easy for the large 3 fold type of screen. 2 folds is easy. Sigh...

It slides easily over the back of your chair and secures with an elastic pocket. The elastic pocket allows you to set up and remove the backdrop easily. I certainly had my doubts as to how well this would go, but the price was so reasonable - so good that I decided to up the postage level a notch. To watch my order get collected just a day after placing it, then see it race from India to Dubai to Singapore to Melbourne to Hobart to arrive days before some books I ordered on the same day to come from Victoria was stunning. I ordered two rectangular flags for indoor use, so can't vouch for their weather endurance, but they look great!
