Good service at a good price. Prompt delivery. Just what we wanted
Had an important football tournament and purchased a flag - paid for urgent delivery and was given a delivery date for the day before the tournament - order stated you will have the flag on this date. Raised my concerns with banner buzz and was told to wait for the flag to arrive. I said I had been following the tracking and it was in an Indian airport for days without moving and that there was no way in which it would make the promised delivery date - I was then advised to refuse the delivery when it arrived and send it back! The flag never arrived on the promised date, in fact, it arrived 4 days later due to a UK bank holiday. Very unsatisfied with both the delivery and the customer service particularly having spent extra for urgent delivery.

I cant provide feedback on the product as I still don't have it. It was ordered in time to take away on a college trip but it never arrived on time. We are now back from the week long trip and we still don't have our flag.

Did not know these were printed and shipped from India. Item was stuck in New Delhi due to "malfunction" - got DHL messages saying delivery date delayed by a day, and then each day the date moved by a day again.
Will order from a UK local supplier in the future - if I can work out which ones are UK based and which are pretending to be.

I am having real issues trying to place an order which our accounts team has sent payment for. I've repeatedly sent transaction information and the artwork in the hope a member of the BannerBuzz team can process the order for me, but for over a month this hasn't happened. When calling the call centre for assistance I have been repeatedly told my phone line is cutting out, despite the phone system being clear for every other company I speak to. I receive emails saying to email sales team and this has repeatedly not worked. I would like a single salesperson to pick up this enquiry to ensure it's completed - Bannerbuzz has the money for the order but seem unable to make a connection between accounts and sales to see the order needs to be produced! As a first time user I found the online process straight forward and was able upload my design. Unfortunately I mucked up on the maths and was quickly informed the format size I'd chosen wasn't right and also the resolution wasn't great either. They did however tell me that they'd rectify this and within a couple of days sent a revised version for approval before printing. I was really pleased with the final outcome … recommend Banner Buzz for great service and quality product.
