They were able to change the font and colour to exactly what we wanted for the charity colours. A great London Marathon banner.

We chose priority postage as we had an event to trade that weekend we were hoping to display the banner at. Unfortunately did not arrive until the following week. It was mainly purchased for display at event that had passed so was unhappy with late delivery. We had paid for priority and even had an email saying it was due to arrive on Wednesday 16th which would have given us time to recieve it for the event. We'd ideally like some compensation for this since it was a transaction that was rendered unnessesary.

We were a little cautious ordering cut out heads of our cats for the wedding. These were reasonable, great quality and arrived so quickly! Can't wait to show them off

This flag is really good! Amazing quality, material is strong and the image is perfect. Unfortunately the delivery service wasn't as good as the product.

Used you before and web remains user friendly
Banners are printed in India, Iv been waiting for 2 weeks, the first lot got sent to an address in London, the residents called to say they have my delivery (we're in Portsmouth) called the company and they said they were still in production. Us a UK based printers unless you wish to advertise you're event after it's happened.

A number of times over the last few months my products have arrived late. Normally I would not mind but I AM PAYING for quick shipping.

Overall, very pleased with BannerBuzz who delivered on time and charged a fair price, Banners appear well made. But as they haven't been displayed yet I can't be sure if they are weather resistant and colour fast. Service was generally good. Some language differences meant a couple of calls to me to check an aspect of my order were a bit frustrating, but we got there in the end.

Had a terrible issue with getting flags delivered by FedEx. Bannerbuzz much easier to contact and we're very kind and offered full refund. Flags have finally arrived and I'm very pleased with them. Will be using again.
