I ordered from Bannerbuzz as they portrayed that they were a UK firm. They are not. Also I paid for expedited delivery for an event and they delivered 1 of 3 items to a house that is not mine and the other items were still in India the day of delivery. As the items were not delivered and not delivered on the date I politely asked for a refund. I have had 2 phone calls and 2 e mails. The advisor just reads off a script and interrupts you - no refund! For people in the UK I would highly recommend not using
The cards came and the back artwork was all blotchy and scratched. I have tried to contact someone and no one has replied. I used these last year and the cards were great. Won't use again, terrible service.

I paid more for expedited delivery than I paid for the actual banners - however the banners arrived 3 days after they were supposed to and missed the event. Pointless waste of money

For my first order I expected my delivery to arrive within 2 weeks or before (as stated when I placed the order)
I am running a time-critical project and the order I had placed didn't arrive in the time I was given which caused issues to the project, and this was disappointing
Upon my investigations with the tracking on the order i found out that the order has been delivered via UPS to India. I still haven't been given an explanation of how and why this has happened.
This does not give me much confidence if I was to place another order, as UPS are known to be a supplier you cannot rely on with deliveries arriving on time.
I would like to understand how BannerBuzz can provide assurance, that if I were to place another order that this will not happen again?

Customer service was helpful but I still don't know what my initial payment transaction didn't go through.?
Totally my experience is very good. Only one small issue is the delivery. They send me email told me my order has delivered, but I haven't received the item at all. Then after 4 days, the parcel delivered.

Having used bannerbuzz on many previous occasions, I've normally received orders in under a week. Two separate orders on this occasion, took 3-4 weeks. Veronica in resolutions was very helpful and kept me up to date, but still very disappointing on this occasion.

We were looking for a company that could print five blade flags; we thought we'd found them and sent off the artwork. But, like many companies in the UK, they closed over the weekend and I didn't get a response until Monday (WAKE UP UK). So, in the meantime I looked for an alternative company and found BannerBuzz, I downloaded their template and sent them our designs. I had a couple of queries regarding the files and print zones, and my questions were answered VER Y quickly (WAKE UP UK). The price was WAY cheaper than the people we were originally going to use, and the quality was SUPERB! The ground spikes supplied were weighty and really well made, the poles were perfect with an adjustable tension clip that made sure the flag would look top-notch. I'm usually VERY critical but I seriously couldn't find a single fault while using BannerBuzz.

I asked for a proof but it was shipped without one. When I queried this I was just told the item had shipped. It was due on the Friday but didn't arrive until the following week, it was shipped from India and sat in Germany for a few days.

I received an email to say my order had been delivered.
But it hadn't.
I had to contact customer services who told me it was awaiting despatch in Delhi still!
No explanation why I got a false delivery email.
Then I was promised delivery by 27th May when it should have arrived 22nd May. It's now 29th May and I'm STILL waiting for my delivery yet I'm already being asked to review the product.
It makes no sense. Product needed for important tournament on Saturday.

Really helpful with my order. A little disappointed with my cap but that's just the style of it rather than anything Bannerbuzz did. Overall I would highly recommend Bannerbuzz and will definitely use again.
