I placed two orders with BannerBuzz and clearly emphasized that the products needed to arrive by a certain date. We approved every artwork file the same day it was sent to us. The final artwork was sent and approved immediately. Despite this, the order was never moved into production. No one at BannerBuzz informed us of any delays. We only found out 4 days before deadline — after we called them — that the team had completely forgotten to process the order even though the artwork was approved. Because of this internal error, the products were not delivered and the frame we purchased is now unusable. The delay had nothing to do with us and everything to do with their oversight. Very disappointing experience. I ended up having to request a refund which has NOT been handled

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at 10:00 AM today to make an urgent adjustment to my order. I was transferred four times between different departments, only to end up back with the original department. I was then told someone would call me back within an hour. Two hours later, I called back and the line disconnected. I called again immediately, frustrated, and the line disconnected a second time. I called a third time and specifically asked to speak with the person already familiar with my case. I was told she would call me back within 30 minutes. An hour later, I had to call again. After being transferred yet another time, I finally spoke with her, only for her to offer no solution whatsoever. Buyer beware. BannerBuzz wallet points can only be applied to up to 25% of an order, and their Assurance Plus plan only covers claims made within 3 days of delivery. These limitations may be in the fine print, but they are far from obvious when placing an order. I would not bother paying extra for the Assurance Plus plan. With customer service this poor, do not expect meaningful refunds, credits, or compensation when problems arise. At this point, I can only hope my order arrives on time and in good condition, because dealing with BannerBuzz customer service again sounds like a nightmare.
I ordered a custom flag and contacted customer support in advance to make sure I chose the correct options. I was advised to request a black base using a comment. I followed those instructions exactly, but the flag was printed on a white base instead. Customer support kept treating this as a color issue, even though the problem was clearly the base material. After multiple emails and explanations, they offered only partial store credit and even issued it without my consent. Overall, misleading guidance and frustrating resolution process.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my purchase. Especially the business cards. They were so tiny that I can't even hand them out and I need it for a huge market this weekend. It's almost embarrassing.
Print / colour quality is good on all products. At checkout I was presented with "review design proof" for an extra fee, but now understand customers can explicitly request a complimentary proof in the checkout notes. Nevertheless, upside-down printing should have been caught in pre-production. Leave plenty of time to deadline.
My new business cards turned out exactly how I imagined them. When I initially placed my order, the attachment for the front of the card had not been included. So the team at Banner Buzz contacted me to fix the issue. I also called customer care as I was very worried that the cards would be sent out incorrectly but the rep that helped me spent time looking up my order, assuring me that everything was fine and that the changes had been made. I wish I had gotten his name because he was super professional and friendly despite me being in a bit of a panic. Highly recommend Banner Buzz and I will be reordering cards and other products in the future, with confidence that they are committed to producing a great product and customer service. The product showed up late. I paid 4 times the cost of the banner for express shipping to meet a deadline. It arrived late. I was told guaranteed shipping for Tuesday can also mean Wednesday. They refused a refund or even a part refund. Will never buy from them again.

Customer service reached out and offered me a credit, based on the fact that I had purchased order protection, I requested a refund which they willingly processed. Although I was incredibly disappointed with the service on the production end of things, customer service has been great.
When I received my tent, I discovered one of the red locks was completely seized and would not budge, thus preventing the use of one of the tent's legs. My email to customer service received a quick reply, and after submitting a video of the tent showing its issue, I was offered a replacement red lock and an instructional video.

I have purchased 5 magnets last year from BannerBuzz.
Before ordering I had some doubts about placing magnets on my car. My car is leased and I had to make sure that the magnets are not going to cause any damage (no structure paint changes, no color changes, no scratching etc.) I've discussed this issue with the representative and was assured that placing magnets are not going to make any damages to the color.
I removed all 5 magnets in one year of using them. Here are two pictures of my car now, you all can see there are very visible explicit color changes on every 5 spots where magnets were placed on my car. If I knew that placing magnets on my car would cause such damage, I would never purchase it! I asked the professional advice because I usually trust professionals. The representative should have explained me about the possible damage or at least to let me know company does not have such experience. Nobody told me anything like that to warn me.
I decided to fix the damages before my lease expires, so I went to the nearest body shop to get an estimate. I was shocked that it is impossible to recover the initial color and almost all car has to be repainted!
I think that Bannerbuzz has to compensate me all the expenses, I send them an email. But they just send me back (I copy their answer):
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but until now we've never encountered such an incident. Our magnetic signs don't leave any residue or damage the surface after usage. This is the first time we're hearing this. If it were known, then we would have mentioned it online on the website as well. Additionally, if there was any damage to the product we're here until the warranty ends and you've already experienced the same. For any other damage, there might be n number of reasons for which we can't be held liable.
I am going to claim to Court and want to warn everybody ordering BannerBuzz items
I ordered 3 banners for various events for my company. We order banners fairly often, so we were looking for other suppliers that could deliver quickly. I ordered an 8'x8' backdrop for already existing 8x8 frames. We receive the banners promptly, but the backdrops do not fit on our stand. We measure and the backdrops are actually 7.5'x7.5' and the material does not stretch so there isn't a way to get them on the stand. The answer from customer service was basically that we needed to buy their stands, then it will make it an 8'x8'. What? No. A unit of measurement is standard, and there was no indicator on the product description that it the actual size would be anything different. The actual size of the banner and frame are 7.5'x7.5'. Their product is being falsely advertised and they will scam you out of your money and their customer satisfaction guarantee is a lie. I will post this review on every website I can find (except theirs, it conveniently leaves out anything negative) so people can know what they are getting into.
The company DID act fast and refunded me promptly, wheter on good conscience or to save face. I wont go back again but am glad they handled it.
I purchased a simple banner from them and they royally screwed it up. The product sent was lighter in color (nothing like the original picture sent) and had white blotches on it. Second, the item was made of the cheapest material ever, and upon more research I found that the company is actually from India, using a "suite" in Georgia as their main address. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ALLSTATE BANNERS INSTEAD. Now im stuck with this cheap piece of crap and guess what? They offer no help getting refunds and could care less since they are located thousands of miles away. BE WARNED.
I ordered 2 banners and 2 stands, paying priority service to receive in time for a 3 day event. All through checkout until the very last page the delivery date stated was on or before Mon 2nd Sept. On the very last page of checkout without any warning that changed to be on or before Weds 4th Sept. My event commenced at 12pm on Weds 4th Sept so I put a note in the booking that I needed these items before 10am on that day (to allow time for collection and set-up) and if that was not possible I wanted to cancel the order and find another supplier. Please let me know if this is not possible my order notes clearly stated. I also verified this with a rep in the online chat.
Fast forward to Weds 4th. Banners arrive but no stands. Great! What use are the banners without means to display them? I call customer service and after a 35 minute call, during which I was put on hold for long periods no less than 9 times, I find out that the stands are still in transit and will not arrive until the next day. (Funny my tracking details indicate the order has been delivered - no reference to a 2nd parcel so basically you just forgot to send them and rather than admit that want to fob me off with a story abut them being separated in transit and now being found). I am again assured they will be with me before the event is due to start on Thurs and refunded the difference in cost between regular and priority shipping ($30) and given 10% off the cost of the stands. Ok not the best compensation for the inconvenience and problems caused but better than a slap in the face.
Thursday comes and goes, still no stands. Now I am really mad. That is now 2 days of my event where I haven; t been able to use the items I purchased at all. Nor did anyone bother to check up or monitor this situation.
It is now Friday. My event ends at 2pm today. Still no stands, and yet more fobbing off and lack of care from customer service when I call. I am absolutely furious.
Absolute worst service ever, and stupid really. I organize a lot of events for one of the biggest companies in the world, and this has 100% convinced me not only to never use this company again, but also ensure that no one I partner with on events does either.
I have been lied to and fibbed off repeatedly, the items purchased have not been delivered when needed despite every effort on my part to ensure that they would be, and customer service have basically fobbed me off, lied to me and washed their hands of the matter the minute the calls ended. How this company is still in business when this is the way they operate I do not know.
All reviews on they website is fake. We received a horrible transparent sticker, what suppose to be a window decall. We learn our lesson but we will only hire professionals now. Experience is everything!
Didn't get what we ordered and approved and got the run around until I was on the phone with the owner who was just as useless when it came to customer service as his employees. We will never use them again! Save yourself the stress and loss of money and use an actual reputable company.
I have purchased a backdrop banner from this vendor. IThe metal frame broke after 2 times as used in only 2 exhibitions. After 20 minutes text chatting and another 15 minutes over the phone with Mr. Lopez (the manager) I was told that they only offer warranty on the fabric but zero warranty on the hardware (what a joke) I wanted to purchase another backdrop but Mr. Lopez refused to offer a discount to make up or the low quality product I bought eeventhoug I am a great customer with multiple purchases. STAY AWAY... and look for a company that operate inside the USA and do care about their customers.
Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product.

What is the BannerBuzz' return policy?
If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them.

I rejected my design multiple times as it seems the designers couldn't understand how I wanted it, even though I attached my own 3D image that they were supposed to use as reference (it was supposed to make things much easier. In theory). They got it right on the 3rd or 4th time and I had to pay an additional $10 because they said they had to modify the resolution of the Logo.
I was content with the final product, the price and the shipping method. My company's table cloth turned out really nice, actually.
If you have the time and patience to deal with them, you might be happy with the result!
Poor designers, awful customer service. The telephone support team barely speaks English (I presume they're based in India), the chat support refers you to email support, support tickets are closed w/o resolution, and the email support refers you to design. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
I submitted a simple vector logo for stickers, and the designers did a very sloppy job rendering. When I requested a revision, the designers took nearly a week to respond, trying to charge me $30+ more for white ink (which I did not request, and which is not in the logo).
I ordered a step and repeat banner for my sons birthday weeks in advance.
I was guaranteed, multiple times, the banner would be delivered on time. I offered to upgrade shipping to ensure deliver and was told no need to. The day before my party the banner didn't arrive. Even though they provided a tracking number showing shipment, i was unable to track the package. When i called to find out where my banner was, they told me it never actually shipped out! And that it was shipping from India!
They were not willing to pay for a banner company to create a banner for my my event same day, saying it was too expensive bc of being expedited. I ended up paying $750 to a company to make my banner same day, or else I would have lost hundreds of dollars as i hired a photographer and props to surround the banner.

We ordered an exhibit backdrop (printing with hardware) well in advance of our event. When we followed up a few days before our event, we were notified our hardware was out of stock. There was no plan to get us what we needed. We were really counting on that backdrop. We paid several hundred dollars for our order. And, to make a long story short, we got our hardware a day AFTER the tradeshow. Whatever happened to doing whatever it takes to make it right for the customer? I wouldn't be writing this if they had let us know about the issue ahead of time. We may have had time to come up with a Plan B. But, as it happened, we only found out about it when we followed up. Please please fix this.
Great Quality & Fabric. I was very surprised to see that the material was of such good quality. Local competition would have you believe that to get this quality you have to pay twice or even thrice.
Worst company ever! Dishonest practices and incompetent shipping department. I was guaranteed delivery of a custom designed banner for a clients wedding day on the 20th and didn't receive my order till the next day. They stated several times I was guaranteed delivery by the 20th. Then the night of the 20th I called freaking out and they guaranteed me delivery by 9am the following day. Then they changed it to 10am by the time we got off the phone. Imagine how stressful it was when at 10am it still didn't arrive I looked up tracking again and it stated not till 12pm! I called UPS right away and they informed me that they didn't even generate the billing information for shipping to take place until the night of the 20th! I didn't get it until AFTER i already had to leave for the wedding this backdrop was for! I had to refund the client several hundreds of dollars because of them and they can bet that I am super super angry. They completely dropped the ball here and cost me hundreds! I am furious and will be contacting my attorney to recover my losses and leaving their company a VERY detailed reviews everywhere I can. Their staff was dishonest with me and cannot believe this actually happened. Their company ruined the live photo booth event for my clients wedding day. When I contacted them again to let them know how furious I was they tried to blame me and lie and say i never uploaded the files. BS! I uploaded so many freaking times. They even verified on the phone when i called on the 18th that they did have the files but that they weren't sure they were mine because I didn't put my middle name in the upload area. Just my first name, last name, and email. Apparently that wasn't enough information to know that those files I uploaded over a dozen times were for my order. Even though my name and email address are in my file. Incompetent company who has caused me to now have a bad review coming my way for my wedding services. You can bet I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
I also order a dated banner & paid priority shipping. The package did not arrive on said date however I did receive a text from the shipping company (DSL) my order was on it way. In correspondence with DSL I was told it was stuck in customs in India.
My package arrived 6 days late & I have been unable to recoup my money now because they are refusing to answer.
Thankfully I order local after finding out, paid $20 more but my banner but picked up same day and it was perfect. Buy local.
Placed a simple order online and uploaded my own artwork. I chose expedited shipping. Order was promised on a Wednesday, and I now found out it will not arrive till the following Monday, past my event date. I requested a tracking number and then found that the order originated in India, was shipped via Dubai and currently is in Tennessee. I am in Ontario, Canada. Their website shows a Toronto address, though now I notice is says "Registered office". I've seen other companies do this, and I still resent this kind of deception. I will stick with local suppliers who I know have a brick and mortar presence.
