I was looking for a company that offers custom-designed parking signs and good quality for a reasonable price. BannerBuzz checked all the boxes.

Also, the customer support emailed me to verify the design before the printing, which was really cool.

The signs are delivered in a protective paper sheets which really shows attention to the details.

All in all, from A-Z, great experience, service and the product.

BLEED MARGIN requested 3 times for this project! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, unacceptable, I WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICES for additional products to be published, as your LACK OF CONCERN for providing the SIMPLE BLEED MARGIN after 3 requests was shrugged off and then ignored! UNBELIEVABLE! What a joke.

Very easy to use and create my own design. Always great service, and receive finished products in timely manner. I was disappointed in the quality of the frosted film as it was much thinner then previous signs I purchased from BannerBuzz. Because it was thinner, it made it much more challenging to adhere to the window without creases. I did end up with about 4 good size creases. At least they are not overly noticeable from a distance, which is how most people will view this particular sign.

The design process is quite glitchy. When uploading my PNG image logo, it would appear as a giant black box if I ever tried to revisit my design.

Also, during the checkout process, I wanted to add a separate billing address to my shipping address. Once I entered both addresses and pressed Continue, the form seemed to deselect both addresses and then was unclickable. This caused me to have to refresh and retype both addresses three times before it finally worked.

I got it in the end, but the process was somewhat painful. I just hope my designs were processed correctly, and don't turn out to be the black boxes that showed up when trying to re-edit my designs.

I wrote feedback recently but yet am being asked for more. I recieved my item timely and that was the only good thing about it. It was soaked when I recieved it right through to the decals themselves. Decal was purchased to put on my car however was like a sticker and didnt have a transparent backing behind it so it was pretty much just a square sticker. I cant use them and Im really not impressed because it wasnt clear in the ordering process for a transparent background behind the image

Easy to navigate, well priced and quick turnaround. Products are exactly as described, and full quality even considering the affordable price point. Yes items were produced and shipped from India, but this has zero effect in order process. Shipping time was not unreasonable, would easily recommend to others and reorder more when needed.

So far the product experience has been great, can't wait to see if stands up for as long as they say...

Slightly disappointed that it was printed and shipped from India... I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company...

It took me a while to navigate the site to find the design and text I needed but am overall happy with the finished product

From designing my ad, choosing from a variety of sizes which can also be customized, and receiving my orders quicker than anticipated, I am very pleased with the results. All 3 signs were custom and matched to size, printing was professionally done and the quality and service of this company has been excellent. We will certainly be choosing BannerBuzz for all of our business advertising needs in the future.

My boat decals were super easy to make online - the website is simple and comprehensive at the same time. The product arrived quickly and it couldn't have been easier to apply to my boat. It looked better than I had hoped for.

It was good, I want to tell you that FedEx had something that was heavy and broke two of the flag's stem so it can not be used for car windows but that is okay. Maybe the package should be marked Fragile.

It's very hard to apply, and displays a lot of bubbles. I pull up the decal and continue to move outward but the decal easy to crack and easy to tear.

VERY quick and easy! I am very impressed and satisfied with your guys services. I wish all online stores were as fast and dependable as you guys.

Customer service was almost immediate. Site said allow up to 48 hours for the artwork/logo to be revised for optimal quality but I had the revised copy in my inbox to review by the next morning. Free shipping estimated delivery at over 3 weeks but it arrived within a week. Packaging was strong and kept the banner from getting crunched at all. Product turned out fantastic!

We've loved the quality of the products, and turnaround for proofs has been quite quick! We have also not found pricing anywhere near as competitive as BannerBuzz.

Very easy to design the card, it only took minutes. BannerBuzz was very easy to work with and correct the minor mistakes. Really good communication.

I order a "reflective street sign". After exploring their site, I saw they had lots of options. I was looking for personal street sign with my family's name on it. This one section that I made my order had numerous photos of what they would describe as the street sign they want to sell to you. Well, the sent me a proof. It was the right lettering but on the website it was the lettering in a white box. I thought okay... yeah that's what I want printed on my green street sign. Nope, showed up a white metal square with the print on it. I contacted them immediately... apparently it's my problem, and they won't do anything to help me out. The websites images that were under that category was "webart". Like alrighty then... guess I'll make sure to never spend money there again and make sure others know what they are dealing with.

Seems easy if they send me info to get proof and proper cards

Product was great, and at a fantastic price. However, shipping took a week longer than stated.

I had to try and check out several times. Finally gave up and then only when i received an email asking me to "check out" did it go through.
