If you're going to send it to me rolled, use an inner cardboard tube. The tiny rectangular box came crushed on one end and the materials inside have fold marks.

Your order was placed on 29 June with Priority shipping for delivery by 8 July. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 8 July at 1:54pm.
Regrettably, colors are notorious for looking different on a digital screen based on the display settings. Our printers are calibrated to print colors accurately to match your artwork file, however some variation is possible. This is mentioned in our FAQs as well as Terms of Use.
However, if you feel the color difference is significant, please take a picture of the product clearly showing the problem and email us at [email protected]. Our Quality team will gladly look into this and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
