I had a small issue with one item, promptly solved by customer service. In about 24hrs they present me a valid solution.

Comme convenu, je vous envoie ce mail pour vous remercier de votre professionnalisme et du remboursement de l'appareil Ultra Violet qui ne fonctionne pas, et ce malgré la réception d'un second qui n'a pas fonctionné du tout mème au démarrage!

Mais pas de soucis, je continuerai à commander chez BANGGOOD car jusqu'à présent, je n'ai eu que des satisfactions!

In the rare case something is wrong (twice in over 80 orders over the last two years), costumer service response is very quickly and adequate. Issues were resolved quickly (1x refund, 1x resending of same item).

Ordered different products, delivered on time with fair packaging. Good tracking and comms while waiting for the products. I had a issue with one of them and got immediate refund on paypal. Fair, quick and transparent comms with the aftersales service.

When after three months I had not received the shipment of the phone I was worried.
However, contacting them almost immediately, they sent me a new one.
Unfortunately for me, however, the device was damaged.
But again with courtesy and responsibility gave me a refund of all my money.

I had a problem with a Blitzwolf product, two equal products. I contacted bangood services and showed a video with the problem. The next day Bangood refund me immediately.
