I have bought my whole FPV drone setup through Banggood using multiple orders and everything was always delivered promptly. When I contacted them regarding issues with a battery, the response was fast and they solved my problem immediately.

I can honestly write that I bought goods - a charger, for Baggood brand Hota. The thing didn't work from the first turn on, so I turned to Bangood with a complaint. I negotiated with Jeremy Lee here and I can write that his approach was very professional. Complaints were settled within a few days, despite the 12-hour time shift, to my full satisfaction. Excellent customer service, very quick and friendly.

I had a problem with a damaged package, my pendrive crushed during shipping, i wrote to the support on banggood, they replied fast, and offerd me a refound immediately, i wanted a resend insted, and they sended it.
I brought a lot of thing from them, and i always had a good experience, what they can improve, is the before buying support.

It happened that the courier company damaged the package in shipment. Support responded to my messages immediately and helped a lot with the problem.

Super tranquilo comprar na banggood, mesmo sendo um site internacional eu não tive problemas com a garantia, as negociações foram super de boa.
Os preços são muito bons comparado as lojas concorrentes, e quando comparado ao aliexpress são bem parecidos mas com um nível de segurança a mais. O único problema tem sido o custo do frete, mas o aumento é sistêmico e todos os sites estão com fretes caros.

When order item is lost during the shipping, then you get full refund when you contact to the customer service. Treat them with respect then they will respect you back and make good cooperation.

I have received the camera that does work but it is not discoverable by Skype. Sent video proof and got refunded right away.
