I usually don't need it, but when needed it is fast and efficient. I rarely had a problem with the delivery, but in the seldom case I experienced, I was stunned by the fast, educated, and absolutely fair response they provided. Thank you.

I have ordered nearly 100 times from Banggood (Chinese and European warehouse). Delivery time mostly was OK, so was quality of delivered goods.
In both cases you need to have realistic expectations. I take 4 weeks delivery from China as normal and do not expect the same quality from a package of 10 ball bearings for 4€ compared to a single German one for the same price. But it is my decission to order either one according to my requirement.
In case of wrong delivered parts or quality problems Banggood always offered a satisfying solution by either re-sending the item or a refund of the money.
Paperwork for customs purposes could be improved (I had to pick up my goods 3 times at the customs)

I have been fighting with this company for MONTHS over my order. Even tho I qualify for a full refund under their return policy, they refuse to honour their own rules. Terrible company. They are a complete scam!
Its a wrost app ever i had seen and also customer service is most horrible to a customer. Because i have ordered something from Banggood. But still 90 days passed and i have not received the materials and when i tried to get refund after 60 days they asked that Refund policy extended more 30 days due to lockdown. I have to contact after 90 days then they will process refund or resend. But while i have contacted after 90 days (as per customer service representative) they replied that again 20 days i have to wait. Its our fault that we trust to to them but they are not to trust. So please beaware from purchase anything from Banggood and trust them. Because there have no scope to rely them.
I ordered one jacket from this site. They took approx on month for delivery this order to me. And when I open the order then I got XL size jacket and color also different & cloth martial like(floor cleaner cloth more then this) when I contact with bang good for size. They said your M size in my country XL size W T F!(BC who let me know about this) there is one option size conversation please when you purchase any cloth material ETC. please look at there. I spend Rs. 2373 for this s h I t jacket. I have send so many mail to bang good but they said in every mail(Please note that you should place your order in US size, however the tags inside the items will show in Asian size.)
Now what I do with this jacket please let me know.
