I ordered an RC that after we used it for the first time had a defective part. Banggood replied immediately and they offered to ship the part for free!
They were really helpful and accommodating!
I had almost 30 orders from Banggood until now and so far I had no negative experience. I had 3 claims, one was damaged goods during transport and two were product not working as expected or not working at all. All 3 claims have been resolved and i received a full refund, so I am very satisfied with the service. The only negative comment would be that sometimes customer service is slow to respond, so it can take a bit longer (1-2 weeks) to resolve a claim, but the rest of their service is very good.
I`m buying here permanently. I was always satisfied.
If your goods is broken or bad, they return the money or send new one.

What I can say about them is that they are trustworthy and they have a great customer service, even though sometimes you need to explain something twice. However, they always deliver what they promise and help you when in need. Also, one important thing is the fact that I never lose money because of them or a package not being delivered.

After the prompt delivery of my order, the product (MP5 carplayer) was not working after 2 monthes. So I contacted the after-sales service by chat who asked me to wait while they contacted my seller. Banggood after-sales service offered me a resend of my defective product which I accepted. This morning the resending carplayer was delivered to IML delivery courier. Very good and fast reactivity to problems with such solution. Very good service. Thank you very much

They responded within 24h with solution and offered refund. That's what customer service should be everywhere. Quick response and satisfactory solutions.
I was given a damaged keyboard in the mail, however, the customer service did an excellent job in communicating and helping me in resolving my issue and they were able to issue a full refund after a few days.
