Very nice online shop! The prices are really interesting, but sometimes the picture doesn't match with what is ordered. In this case, don't panic, just signalise it to the customer service they will answer you in the next 24h and easily help you to find a solution.

Low price, a little bit too long shipment time, nice aftersales. Sometimes I got problem with item but aftersales refund partially or totally the item.

After a lot of research and price comparisons I bought a Sense Innovations ESS-DUAL 2 Engine Sound Simulator for my professional remote controlled buggy. It arrived quite quickly, in only a matter of a week and once installed I used it on and off over a couple of months and it seemed to work brilliantly. But then one day it failed. I left it a little while and tried again but it was obviously malfuntioning and was faulty. I contacted customer services and was served by Healer to sort out the issue. The communication was quick, sincere and very helpful and soon after I provided pictures and videos of the problem, without any delay or quibble they offered me a full refund. Thank you Healer and Bangood for a great customer service.
I contacted Bandgood because of a problem I had with an item and I provided all the required inforamtion. The next morning I had an email indicating that a refund was in progress. Quick answer and satisfactory resolution. Very happy with them.

Have used them for the last 6 months. Yes there is a lot of cr@p being sold and there is a lot of great stuff too which outweighs the junk. Ive had a couple of issues of items very badly packaged from sellers. Banggood have been great resolving these issues. They seem to be a platform for others to sell via! So when the seller is at fault, banggood step in and solve any issues and they do it promptly! Very pleased after a dubious step into the world of Banggood! Its safe!

The product arrived when promised, exactly 15 business days.
However arrived with some banged up parts.
I contacted CS (Jeremy) and within 24 hours they were working on issue.
I asked if they could send the replacements parts They offered to send a replacement and I think that is the important thing. I hope the new one comes intact. I will keep you posted
