My kids enjoy aircrafts. Banggood has many great options. Considering the pandemic & overwhelming of orders we did have a delay for arrival, yet item did arrived. Unfortunately, the aircraft had some technical problems & Banggood's Customers Service easily came to a resolution & provided fast response for service. Thank you! SG

IV been dealing with banggood for a few years now. It's the only place I buy my race quad and fpv gear I can say my race quad stuff has never left me desiring more always happy but a couple times IV received cameras that didn't work I can only imagine it's due to rough shiping. They never gave me a second of trouble about replacing the item and were always quick about responding to my emails normally within a few hours.

Excellent customer service! BANGGOOD was very helpful regarding a defective product I've received (which was not their fault) and refunded my order in 3 business days during Christmas time.

I bought FPV Wearable Watch DVR RaceBand Monitor for my son as a Christmas gift. Everything was perfect. Delivery on time. Support service reacted immediately. Watch is perfect and My son is very happy.

I ordered a Tablet with keyboard at the banggood online-shop. When the package arrived I noticed, that the Keyboard is missing. After I have contacted the customer service, they refunded me a part of the paid money.
The contact to the customer service war very helpful and I can only recommend it to you.

I bought an Anbernic rg350m from banggood b/c they had the cheapest prices on the internet. Knew nothing about them.

Product came on time, and after a few days had some screen issues (as I've seen online, nothing banggood caused, IMO). I told them I wanted it replaced, they offered a full refund, done and done. Money came back to my account faster than estimated.

Customer service was spot on, replying daily (likely from China, so time delay and all) and did a great polite job.

I have received a tablet with 2 problems on the screen. Some pixels do not work as they should and one pixel does not work at all (always white). Since, I do not want a new tablet, because I can't wait for it considering that it's a present for Christmas, then I have requested a partial refund.
They have told to me to take pictures of the issues and the labels of the tablet and one video. Once done they did the procedure and after 1/2 days, I have received the money. All perfect as it should be. I will continue to buy from banggood.
