Customer service is fine but the service is really bad! I ordered last aug 19 it's now oct 12 and my item is still not here. I keep getting the same email telling me to be patient. First time this happened to me. Bad bad... stay away from bangood!
So it's been two months, filed a dispute to paypal wanting my cash back so banggood wanted the drone back so i did send it back but when it got to china it sat at the depo and then got sent back without being delivered, i've sent msg's to banggood about this and no reply after 24 hours, paypal voted in banggoods favor and i've lost $630 even though the drone was damaged in transit as they said they test all the drones, i tried to file a claim for the insurance i took out for transit insurance but they still wanted the drone back, not only is this company fraudulent but they lead you down a long road just to keep their money. So now i have a busted drone because of their shipping options and i've lost $630 AUD

Very poor service and even poorer quality of goods. Three months ago I bought an android TV from them, it took a month to receive it but they hadn't put in the correct AC adapter! After a few weeks of back and forth communication they finally agreed to send me a USB cable to connect with because for reason they would not send me the AC adapter. Another month to receive that to finally find out that the unit did not work! Its been a week already that I am trying to get a new unit sent to me or get a refund to no avail. When they finally did respond, all they sent me was a link to upgrade the software on a unit that does not work! Three months and still nothing to show for it!
If you have time and money to waste go ahead and order from them, otherwise stay clear of Banggod and choose anyone else!

I should say I am glad that it was a small purchase that I made so I doesn't lose alot. I buy alot of stuff on ebay and these guys used to sell on there. Now I know why they are no longer on ebay. Just a guess but I'd say they got so low in ratings they couldn't sell any more. So be advised that you don't have the ebay protection and you might order small so you don't lose much. I did order through pay pal so I can file a complaint with them. I wonder if pay pal will stop letting them use it if complaints reach a certain level? If you can't afford to lose the money or really need the item I would go elsewhere

I ordered 2 things from this website, a tank top and a pair of snow boots, I received the tank top, it came x large, I were a lg and it's too small, I have been tracking my boots, said it was shipped Sept 29th 2016, but there was no carrier that had my package, I tried to call them but phone is not in service, I received an email claiming I had insufficient funds, but my bank statement claims otherwise, there were funds at the time of the purchase, it is now Oct 7, th and I still have not received my boots. I made a purchase and they decided to send it to a totally different place after many emails I they asked me to make another purchase and when the old one gets back to them they will refund, once more the new item shipped to a nother address, it wasn't on my paypal or in my profile, just a random address, now one accepting to refund or send a replacement, so, it is a fraud and my advice to you dont buy anything from them

Order arrived damaged. Wrote them a note, per their policy. They took 4 days to respond, rather than promised 24 hours. In their response they offered parts for me to fix the item myself. Sent them another note asking to replace the item rather than ask me to fix it. Another 3 days, no response. Online chat support told me to wait and that I'll get a response in 24 hours. It's been 48 since then and nothing.

UPDATE 2: Finally a month after and after a dozen emails i got a full refund.
UPDATE. After writing this review they offered me a refund or a resend. 5 days have passed and today they sent me an email telling me to check with the post about the watch I received a month ago!
Their customer service is a joke. I have never complained about not receiving the watch. They will do anything not to refund me.
I bought a No1 G5 smartwatch from Banggood.(Order: *******) Delivery was fast, but after 5 days of use the screen started blinking on and off and sometimes stayed off and the heartrate monitor stopped working. The battery wouldn't last more then a few hours making the watch competely unusable.
I contacted customer service and they asked me to send a video showing the problem. I sent them the video they replied after 4 days with a solution! They told me to charge and restart the watch! I informed them that i had tried it already with no luck.
Several days later and after sending them a couple of mails, they told me to update the watch with the newest firmware. I did, but it didn't fix the problem.
After that they stopped replying to my emails but i kept insisting and days after they offered me a 50% refund!
I payed the full price for a defective item so the least i expect, is a resend or a full refund. I haven't heared from them since. They will not reply to any of my emails and i am stuck with a useless smartwatch.
My advice is to stay away from them. It has been nearly a month sending emails back and forth leading to nowhere. The most anoying part is that they are avoiding me.

Just ordered a couple of items from the site in September and when arrived I received 2 identical shipments. Needless to say I ordered only one set. When checked I noticed there was another order 2 minutes after the one I placed my order. Contacted CS, got an email back from Sabrina where she was asking me to keep the parts and sell them if I don't need them. I said no. The next she offered that I ship the stuff back, but have to pay shipping. I said no. The last e-mail from Sabrina says that I ordered it twice so it is my fault. Why would I order it twice?! 2 minutes apart?! Have nothing better to do with my time? They have no idea how this works in US. Stay away for your own "Good"

I paid for original EKEN H9, but received (after 1 month) a FAKE cheaper camera. I returned back the item, with a cost of shipping of 20$.( they refund max 10$ of the shipping cost)!
After 2 months, I haven't my money back and no answer from support.

I have been a customer of banggood.com site for few years and i have noticed that their customer service, selection of their items and in some case the quality of their products have decreased since less than a year ago. I ordered an electronic device and not only they sent me the wrong item but also it was a faulty one. I contacted the customer service, and sent them photos and they asked for a video clip. I went through the pain staking process of a demonstrating the problem in a video clip & uploading it for them. Yet they were not satisfied and were kicking the can down the road. After over 8 days of sending e. Mail back & forth, they asked me to send the item back to them but they said that i had to pay for the costs ( for sending the wrong and faulty item). I understand and completely agree with one of the earlier reviewers who had the same experience as myself. They said that they would pay 50% of the shipping cost if the cost is between $15 to$40. I was really annoyed because the item went to through the customs when it arrived, the packaging was very poor, they sent the wrong item ( maybe deliberately) and it was also faulty and i lost so much time. All the business that i had done with them in the past obviously meant nothing to them. After sending the item back i decided to stay away from them and take my business somewhere else.At least when customers buy an item on e. Bay, some sellers offer to refund the customers fully if the item is defective, or they ask them to send the item back and the sellers cover the return shipping costs in many cases. I bought some items on e. Bay from China and in few cases the items were not as described, and they asked me to ship the item back and they also refunded me for the shipping cost. If banggood.com wants to stay in business for long then they should change their attitudes and get their acts together. By the way they did not publish my honest review about the item on their website because it would be embarrassing or too bad for their business.

I bought shoes and a dress and needed to return for bigger size. The problem is... there is no way to return them. There is no packing slip, their site says you have 3 days to get them in the mail to be able to exchange and their site says if you fill out a form a return label will be emailed to you. I did and it never happened. I tried live chat and the person obviously didn't understand English and they just stopped chatting and got off line when I said I needed a return label. All of their clothes and shoes run small and you have NO recourse if your stuff does not fit.

I purchased a signal generator which arrived with defective software. I sent in a request for a replacement cd. Following this I received multiple e-mails stating that they could not reach me by e-mail followed by others asking for photos of the problem. Hard to photograph software! Tried their chat line. This went from the sublime to the rediculous. Continually asking me to send a photo of the problem and restating that they could not reach me by e-mail. Never again and I would highly recommend that others stay away from this organization.

The camera resembled the authentic but the battery and firmware did not. Shooting a video resulted in stuttering.
Furwther an eu warehouse purchase results in the same return address in china, and paypal in their infinite wisdom require tracking to that address at buyers cost to return the fake item that banggood sells.
Amazing how paypal registered sellers are allowed to get away with a non uk/ eu return address! Even for eu purchases!

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
