We monitor reviews for authenticity
Bought a 500mW laser. The photos clearly showed 5 screw-in lenses (filters). The laser arrived without the lenses. Banggood gave me a lame excuse about fine print. Caveat Emptor.
Banggood replied privately to me saying: "For the product in your order *******, what parts included is subject to the description on product details."
They totally ignored the fact the photo included the lenses. They ignored the fact that the lenses were an integral part of the laser.
Buyers be careful. These people are without honour.

1) Brushless motors shipped were not as ordered, I ordered with jst plugs, Bandgood sent motors with no plugs. Customer service argued with me via email, never heard back and no action was taken to replace items with what I ordered.
2) FPV monitor defective. Brass insert for tri-pod mount spinning in housing, took pictures and emailed to your support staff per their request, 4 days later and no response. Having waited for this monitor for 3 weeks combined with no after purchase support as advertised, I have repaired the unit for use... something a customer should never be expected to do.

I ordered an expensive drone.
- Day After ordering the drone was 20 EUR cheaper
- my order was stuck at Belgian custom for 3 weeks, had to pay 32 EUR extra
- there was no manual in the box
- the camera of the drone was broke on a wire
After complaint they offered me 20 USD return or replacement for camera.

Ordered two Eachine H8 drones for my friend's birthday, order process went smoothly. Then the wait happens. Ordered the item on September 9, get an email on September 20 letting me know that the item is out of stock in the US warehouse and the best they can do is cancel the order and make me buy the item on the China warehouse for the non sale price. Banggood.com really sucks, at least now I have experienced it myself, it's been 34 days I still haven't received my order that I fully paid for on the 16/08/2016 at first they we're replying to my emails using automated reply because I equired twice and received the same exact message. Last Thursday I sent an email on weekend I sent the 3 emails they are no longer replying to my enquiries not even through those crappy automated response, I don't recommend anyone to use their services. Don't buy from them they promised me 0-25 business days to deliver now it's 34day they don't even reply to my emails anymore

I ordered masks and deep cleaning blackhead from long time ago but until now I didn't get any email from them that they will send or not. Last September 16, Ive written here about my failed transaction with Banggood.
I am glad to review back and say that last Sept 21, they were able to refund the full amount.

It would have been best if they remove items that are out of stock to avoid hassles.

Don't trust these people. They will send you fake and cheap items which will break very easily.
They promised me 18 months warranty on a item and now that its broken they are refusing me a refund or even a replacement.

I placed an order on 22nd August and it was promised that the package will be delivered within 6-25 working days. There is no way to track my package and I havent received anything till now.
I am a very regular online shopper and by far this has been the 1st bad experience I have had with any online shopping website.

I ordered 3 DJ lights. I received them about a week later, which was fine... I open the package to try the lights out... & realize that one of the lights were not working. I've contacted banggood the same day through live chat. They gave me a few steps to do then email it to the service dept., which I done the next day. It's now been over a week & no reply.

I placed an order on August 30,2016 and got an email saying it has been shipped. There is no way of tracking the order and I want to know how long it takes for an order to be shipped and received. When you go onto the website it only states that the item has been shipped. Nothing more to check on. This is no acceptable. I recently bought what was advertised as a leather men's shoulder bag which turned out to be made of shiny brown plastic. When I emailed to request directions on how to return the item, Dodo at Banggood suggested that I try to sell it to someone else as the return shipping costs to China would be expensive and on me.
So let's review: 1. Cheap merchandise that 2. You can't return. Might as well burn your money.

Placed order no problems, order arrived no problems unpacked order and it was missing parts, I contacted customer services who offered me a 15% discount if I wanted to buy another one.
Yes that's right buy another to correct the problem. They are refusing to refund or correct the problem. For me I think I would rather pay a bit more in the first place to save all the hassle.
Shame about company ethics.

Paypal will refund under buyer protection in the UK but the terms make it very difficult, they insist the buyer pays shipping costs and postage with full tracking facilities. This is possible but expensive as most tracking stops at the UK border so the companies that do offer this do so at a premium, I was facing a £15.81 charge on a £20 return. I have found it easier to stand the loss but I am a little wiser for the experience.
Shame about company ethics.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
