WARNING... On August 16 2016, I bought a type GoPro camera via Bang good, I immediately found the problem with the camera, the battery was bad, the remote worked only sometimes and no sound on the camera recorded the league... pretty serious problem on a new camera.It took several months before B. G. wanted to believe in me, and I got to spend a lot of time on tests as evidence. The camera was sent in return and has been on the repair are since on November 28-2016, despite several reminders, I have not received any camera or my money in return, Krystal King at BG... promise every time that now I get the camera back... but to date date nothing has happened...

I bought the camera 16-08-2016... immediately I saw that there was a problem with the camera, but you at Bang Good did not believe in me, in the end, B. This company is a fraud. They sell at a cheap price so lots of people order from them but they don't ship anything. They are just expecting you to let it go because it's not a lot of money. I fought a lot to get my money back and it's only after telling them that I filled a complaint for fraud that they finally agreed to refund me. Don't buy anything from them!

25 days ago I purchased a Mobile Phone from Banggood. 20 days ago I wrote to them telling them I was concerned the tracking information hadn't changes since Feb 21 when it 'Left transit country'. Was I eligible for a refund? They never replied.
Today is day 25 since the purchase and no mobile phone! I put in a complaint with PayPal for a refund under their customer protection service. I've bought 3 items from Banggood in the past year. Not one of them arrived before their quoted delivery time even though with one I paid extra for 5 day delivery... It arrived in 21 days. This company is giving Chinese on-line sellers a bad name.

Their customer service is a joke if you don't speak Chinese. They will simply copy paste the same kind of messages. Even after paying for the premium shipping my order (*******) is stuck and they don't provide any help. They will want you to check the post office and the customs. Even if you request a cancellation they will ask you to first send the item back and produce proof that you have contacted the local post office and custom and have rejected the item with them.
Doesn't it look fishy? All the other reviews are total 5 star? International shipping which involves a lot of factors and everyone is 5 star happy? Not even Amazon can score all 5 star these days. Think about it!

One tablet failed in a month. Contacted banggood they said to take in for repairs. I asked where, they then informed me they would replace it. Agreed, they never replaced it nor did they fix original. Wouldnt respond to further inquiries. Purchased second tablet. It stopped recognizing sd cards. No fix as many others have same problem. Bad company to do business with.

I ordered a New Samsung cell 132wh battery for my electric unicycle with all the CE certs. They send me a generic (china) cell uncertified that's 2 years old. If you know anything about batteries, they scammed me. Lithium batteries die after 2 year unmaintaiend. I received a fake dead battery. They will be getting sued

I can't believe this. I order internationally a lot and this is the first time I have experienced such a situation. I received an empty packed with a note inside from US Customs that they have seized the contents. They were flower seeds! Now I have to figure out how to resolve this. One would think they would have had this all worked out.
Now I'm out the money and my time. Geez!

I ordered 2 flashlights in Dec that arrived defective. I have went back and forth with their support for over a month. They will not replace the lights or issue a refund. They just keep telling me to tighten, clean, and resolder.

Terrible company! I made a purchase using PayPal we can a half later they refunded my money in my PayPal account was not registered I called PayPal said they never heard of such a thing. I then re-purchased everything using my PayPal balance that they refunded and then I got an email saying that they can't ship it because it weighs over 2.2 kg and asked me if I wanted it split into two packages. After 16 sent emails, 6 weeks of waiting for a solution, a drone that has yet to fly, a faulty charger, 3 batteries destroyed via the dharger, a ccw motor that is not up to specs, and a tail light that doesn't work! I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry

Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
